We visited 4th street Auto Zone in Perris CA, in regards to our battery under warranty needing to be replaced. Katelyn helped me and discovered that the battery that sold to me from another Auto Zone wasn’t for our vehicle. Katelyn was so nice to find the perfect battery that was for our vehicle and helped us take the battery off to replace it, she went over and beyond for us and we felt very satisfied with her customer service and would recommend this Auto Zone for great customer service.
