My experience with this place.
I’ll start off by saying I took my Odyssey battery to them so they can check if my battery was any good it wasn’t holding a lot of charge the gentleman that helped me out said we have to put it in the system to get it charged before we can use a warranty for a bad battery. I said OK perfect let’s make it happen. I waited four hours came back to pick up the battery to check if it was OK and the gentleman tells me the battery didn’t hold any charge it has 0% and I told him OK so that means the battery doesn’t work and he said no it’s our machine that probably didn’t charge it so I told him so I wasted four hours of my day and you have to put another machine to get it recharged so I would have to wait another four hours. This place is ridiculous. Avoid this AutoZone. They’ll just waste your time.

Went above & beyond helping father-in-law diagnose, isolate & replace auto battery (specially during extremely hot day). Other places were trying to sell alternator or starter. Good job kid, you deserve a bonu$/rai$e!

Went in for just a windshield shade & cabin filter when Ashley asked if I needed an engine filter as well. Turns out that was the item that had eluded me. She promptly retrieved the item for me. She recognized my veteran status & ensured discount was applied. SUPERLATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!??????????

Went for a couple of in cabin air filters, and the young man behind the counter was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
It is so hard to find good customer service anymore.
So I definitely want to reach out and thank the young man who helped me.
