We have been doing our taxes with Ace Tax and Realty Services for more than 10 years. Recently we decided to use the Realtor service to sell our home and it and got sold in less than three months at a great market value. I would recommend Ace Tax and Realty Services for its professionalism, integriry and respect.

I am so glad I came to Ace Tax and Realty as a first time homeowner! Armando was knowledgeable of the area my partner and I were looking for homes in and he took the time to show us multiple listings and give us an honest breakdown of each property. Thanks to his guidance, we felt confident enough to place an offer (and close) on our dream home! If you have a business do not go to ACE TAX. We were advised by Franchise Tax Board our income taxes were missing forms 568 (K1) for the last few years , which Armando prepared. We went to speak to him about the missing forms, he claimed he does not file 568 forms & that I should go to a CPA. He does not have the knowledge to complete business tax returns. FTB explained that all LLC’s in CA are required a 568!2018 & 2019 were the only ones that were incorrect filed by ACE TAX.

Before Armando, I had a different seller agent that didn't work out after listing my house on the market for a year. I took it off the market and later screened and spoke to many other agents and compared their net sheets. I was not very impressed with the other agents that I talked to (including red fin). I'm so glad that I went with my gut instinct and ultimately decided to go with Armando as he sold a house similar to mine down the street. His net sheet and his fees that he gave me was fair and accurate and reasonable. Other agents was listing a ton of fees that was just ridiculous nickeling and diming little stupid things. Armando believed in my listing price and said that it was fair and very realistic. The other agents didn't think my price was realistic and had wanted me to sell my house for significantly less (easier to sell of course if you're going to lowball yourself. Don't sell your self short.). I had invested a lot of money into solar panels, and other agents did NOT understand the value of solar panels nor how to price the solar panels into my selling cost. I did not want to sell my house for less than my house value + my solar panel. And Armando believed I didn't have to sell myself short just to get rid of the house. After less than 2 months on the market Armando came through! I got MORE than I had expected from selling my house with the solar panels and didn't have to lose any money in the process. Armando went above and beyond was willing to do whatever it took AND did whatever he could to get my house sold and he definitely was on the ball making sure that the seller and their lender completed their part. He even got me extra money from the buyer delaying on escrow. Overall, I am so glad I decided to choose Armando as my agent. I highly recommend Armando to anybody who has solar panels with their house. I can't say enough about my awesome experience working with him!

What previous reviewer marisol stated is true to make a long story short. I found out the hard way he DOES NOT know what he's doing. I have been going to him for years and was ok with my tax refund but he never looks through all your documents, I also thought he knew what he was doing until he messed me up and when I got a letter from the IRS to send more documents he did not read that letter and sent me with documents they said not to send. He completely messed me up!!! While charging me twice for the correction when IRS only wanted me to send copies!!! He totally misinformed me!!! Months later I still have no refund because of him. He says there's 100% money back guarantee but I never got one. He failed to take care of me as a customer. He charges cheap but in the end you get what you pay for.

Awesome tax experience was very fast knowledgeable. Maximize my refund and prices were very affordable alot better than most competitors. Will definitely be going back next year.
