I when to get gas the guy charge me 50.00 dollars in my Apple Pay when to get my change he said it will automatically go back he was rude never got my money gir two receipts like I did put chache 50 dollars try to calm the rude as hell they face me a number to call it was a Medicare number. Call them back and they don’t answer they steal money there. Horrible customer service

Only reason why it has one star is because I couldn’t give it a zero this 7/11 is the worst 7/11 I had so many bad experience going to this 7/11 and the only reason why I go to this 7/11because I live close by one day I was going to the 7/11 with my kids after a long day at school we went to go get some refreshments soon as my son went in. He got sterile type all because he had on a sweater will with that being said we couldn’t shop in peace my son noticed that he was getting watch he came to me and said hey mom why is that guy watching me? I don’t know why he’s watching you and so his dad came to me and was like let’s go this guy is staring my son down and I don’t know why let’s just go and go shop somewhere else so we leave the store and his dad wasn’t feeling right so he approached the guy and said hey, you know that’s my son and we’re just shopping after school why are you watching him and the guy said oh it’s because DUDE have a sweater on the DUDE that DUDE is only 12 years old.

My bank just notified me of a charge on my card of $125, I live no where near here. Half with through my dispute the same charge was filed again 4 additional times.

I have never been to this seven 11 and I'm at work and my bank tells me that I've been charged for 36 dollars I would not trust anyone who works here very suspicious activity

Idk if it's just me but every time I try to redeem my reward points at this store it's an issue with the cashiers. And whenever the touch screen asks if you'd like to use your rewards towards your purchase they will click out of the screen on their end so you can't click redeem.

Wouldnt come here, worker rushed me as i was picking candy on the front counter. I told him to wait, There was no one else in the store but me. He kept rushing me saying "excuse me ma'am" again and again about 5times he kept telling me to pay. I always see him and he always rushes everyone. He opens two registers at the same time and does two transactions trying to multitask to get everyone out fast. Good but also bad because he makes the other person wait and makes it even slower. If you come to this 7/11 and see a short guy, take your time!

Against by better judgement by all the homeless hanging out in front I go in to get gas and find 3 workers all laughing while staring at what looks like a credit card-I get a really bad vibe and turn around to go elsewhere.

AVOID THIS 7-ELEVEN AT ALL COSTS AND SPECIALLY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. The reason is that they commit FRAUD. I want to start by saying that every person, doesn't matter how they look like or where they are coming, have the same chance and opportunity to better themselves, especially coming to work for this country. All the people that works in that 7 eleven are from the country of India, nothing wrong with that, the problem is that when I stop today Dec 22, 2022 in the afternoon to pump gas, I put my credit card in the machine outside and immediately was denied, and for me it thats really weird because that never ever happened to me, I was so confused that my credit card was denied, so I went inside and as I walked in I noticed all of the guys that work in there were staring at me in a really weird way, I could sense some tension, there was five of them and I felt awkward. Since my credit card was denied I used cash to pay and walked out, while I was putting gas I received a notification from my bank asking me if I used my credit card to pump $144 because it looked like a weird transaction and my bank just wanted to confirm if I use that amount in that 7-Eleven because that transaction looked weird and that's when I realize no wonder why all of those guys were staring at me. I was so upset that they knew what they did and that's why they looked me in a weird war. fortunately my bank notified me right away. So my advised to you people if you guys don't want to go through my bad experience try to avoid that 7 Eleven at all costs, they will steal from you if use your credit card to pump gas. They commit FRAUD and it should be investigated. I already did what I have to do to report them and hopefully you guys can be careful and avoid going in that place and specially using a credit card use cash if you have to.

This place smells gross and the gas prices shown on the sign are different (lower) than the actual prices. In other words, false advertisement.
