“We had been going to LBVC since 2008 but since VCA took over the care went downhill and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. I called and was told they couldn’t get my dog in until November even though it was urgent. I was able to get in and be seen in less than 30 minutes with Sterling Pointe during their after hours schedule. Dr. Irene is patient and explains things very well while being loving with your pets. Great office!”

“Have tried 5 different vets in this area over the last 2 years. Came here when I thought my German Shepard had a sprained shoulder, but turns out he had bone cancer. The doctor literally sat on the floor and was real with us but also empathetic. This place is so down to earth. No upselling. No getting you things you don't need. No surprise charges. No B.S. and fair prices. All of our other dogs come here now as I truly trust the doctor. All of the staff are very kind and nice. Perfect place for your pet family.”

“I wish we had more organizations like ASN. They are a very small team of truly dedicated and super efficient people who provide high volume low cost spay and neuter plus vaccinations for dogs and cats, both tame and feral. Each member of the staff is compassionate, professional and experienced. I accidentally started a cat TNR (trap, neuter, return) / rescue organization, and we depend on ASN to provide services for these cats and kittens. It is incredibly important in TNR for the spayed females to have incisions that are very small and tightly stitched, because we must release them quickly after surgery. ASN does amazing work! Every day, they do more surgeries than anyone could expect, and they do it safely and efficiently. The office staff is highly organized, which makes a huge difference, given the daily volume they work with. I recommend ASN highly to anyone looking for low cost spay or neuter resources. They are a model that I would love to see replicated!”

After calling multiple veterinary clinics in the area to assist with unfortunately having to put our little dog down due to him declining in health in a matter of hours very quickly from seizures, they were so accommodating and helpful. The staffs demeanor was caring and so well explained compared to anywhere else we called. Their fees were also way more reasonable than anywhere else. We were so grateful for their compassion and getting us in so quickly to do one of the hardest things in life saying goodbye to our 17 year old fur baby. We cannot express how grateful we are to them in navigating this difficult time.

“I really wish that I could remember the name of the vet that helped me. I'm sure my chart would show. I think the assistant was Ashlyn. But I had the most amazing experience at this vet than I've ever had at any other vet before. they actually take the time to sit down and get to know you and your pet, and they don't make it feel rushed. Nowadays with the way insurance runs medical offices. Everybody is more like a numbers game. And you really don't feel that way here. And they got me in and out in less than 40 minutes for my first time here in establishing care with my dog. thank you so much.”

“Our dog suffered two ruptured discs. Brought him to North Fork Vet Clinic where they got him on the road to recovery. The staff was very efficient and kind. The veterinarian explained what the medical problem was and provided us with a very detailed rehabilitation program. Personally, I felt that our pet got a five-star treatment.”
“$300 + for first visit !!!! Please explain that to me before you keep adding more charges. I have to say that yes, it was very shocking to see the bill. But then you realized. These doctors are taking good care of your loving pet. My dog lost one eye because of glaucoma. New, we are applying drops and ointment to the other eye to avoid any complications, even though he lost sight on that eye because cataracts that can't be treaded.”
“We've been coming here for at least a year. I'm not sure the exact length of time, but I mention this because I'm prefacing this review with a TBD. These allergy injection treatments take a couple of years to see results, so we're still waiting to find out if it works. So far, I've been really pleased with the following things. 1. The staff are always super nice and helpful. 2. They have a phone number where we can text pictures of our dog's breakouts so the doctor can look at it quickly without us having to drive an hour round trip to come in. 3. They are the only business in the area that still requires masks, and as someone who is still experiencing symptoms from having covid once, I really really appreciate this! My pitbull has really serious skin issues, and the medications they have prescribed have cleared up the issues in the short-term which is great. We're also on the injections, which are longer term, and this is just for her allergy issues. We have a different vet for everything else. Luckily all of the treatments we've gotten here have been covered by pet insurance, so I feel lucky we've found this place.”
