This is one of the most poorly maintained gas stations I've seen. I pulled up to a pump and the screen didn't work when I inserted my card and the button you push to select a grade was out of its socket and hanging by its wires. I changed pumps and when finished I asked the clerk inside where the bathroom was and he pointed outside. I went to the door that I believe was the bathroom and it was locked but began beeping when I moved the handle. At this point I was fed up and just left. It's hard to believe that a Chevron could be so missmanaged.

I think the cashier was angry because we asked for the bathroom key and he almost yelled to say where to get it. The bathroom was also dirty and smelled bad.

Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Have been going here for years and i don't understand any of the negative reviews. Funny how it's the people who've only stopped here one time and thought that was enough to judge a place and it's employees.

DO NOT use the free air!!!! The gauge was off and and I added about 20 pounds of extra air to my poor little tire!!! Luckily I am not completely brain dead so when I saw that the gauge said 10 pounds and my tire felt like a rock I knew to stop and reevaluate my situation. Gas prices are always higher at the location than any other station around. Some of the employees are very nice and deserve five stars some of the employees are very grumpy and deserve -5 stars.

Convenient to I 80 and up to date pumps as seen in the pic. There is basic breakfast rolls, doughnuts and coffee. See pic. Attendant was there but not what you would call attentive to customer needs.

This little gem is genuinely a mini-MEGA-mart! You'll find snacks & drinks you didn't realize you wanted. Better to stop in with a budget because there are so many options! This is a true gem on the side of the road which I highly recommend & look forward to stopping by again

No masks worn by workers and no mask enforcement. Also shady characters hanging around and cashier rudely acting suspicious. To clarify, I did nothing to warrant his suspicion. I chose not to purchase gas here. Just paid for the things I had put in the counter and left.

It is convenient to the freeway and has an easy in and out Pump setup. However, the attendant inside was not wearing mask and the place is not clean. The bathroom was outside and required the attendant to remotely open the door. Inside was one of the more disgusting bathrooms I’ve seen in a while. I would not stop here for a rest stop unless absolutely necessary.

The cashier wasn't wearing a mask. I asked if this county required masks, and he says "it's up to you, I have this glass up" as he proceeds to point at his sneeze guard. He was helpful though. (12/07/2020)

I wish that there was a zero star rating. I came to this gas station because I was running low on fuel, as my day had been hectic and I forgot to fuel up earlier. Due to the fact that I live in the El Dorado Hills, area when I came over to Auburn, my card declined Because my bank put a fraud alert thinking that someone had stolen my card. I called them and verify the transaction so that they could remove the restriction from my car. Sure enough they had flag my card for fraud because I was in another city. The representative on the phone told me to wait about 30 to 45 minutes before using my card to make sure that my purchases would go through. Mind you I had just ran out of gas pulling into the gas station. My car was at the pump all the way to the end that was not obstructing any type of traffic. The store clerk came out and told me That the owner had said that I needed to leave, or buy gas but I could not just be parked loitering. I was not loitering. I was out of gas. I was forced to push my car From the pump because I did not want him to call the cops on me. Because that's what's done up here in this area when a black person is in the vicinity. I am a third-year medical resident It was professionally dressed in a suit and heels. However I was racially profiled by this Indian man who claimed that his boss wanted me to remove my vehicle from the pump. I was not stopping any of their sales nor was anyone waiting on the pump. It was simply done because I am a person of color. Anyone that continues to support this gas station is just as bad. If I would have been White then he would not have had a problem with me being ran out of gas at the pump that no one was using. This is another example Of racism that is a blatant. I serve this country in the United States Army for 15 years and this is the thanks that I get.
