Souza looked at his tires and said the others were good for another year, and while he did not have the exact same tire new in stock, he did have a used one that had the same tread and suggested that would be better to keep them the same. Not only did it save my son $130, but my son also knows to return next year to replace all four tires. And without a doubt, it will be with Souza. They're pros, honest, good communicators and very reasonably priced.As we were driving north out of Sacramento -- taking off on a month-long trip (!!) the check engine light blinked on. Great! It's Day One!! By the time we hit Newcastle we were losing power. A quick Google search made it clear Meritage/ Euro Auto Care was the best place to *try* and drive to.Fortunately there was room in the parking lot and an after-hours place to slip the key and a form explaining the issue. Unfortunately our breakdown happened in a Sunday of a 3-day holiday weekend.Still, by Tuesday morning Ray had emailed and said he was running the engine diagnostic. Before noon he and his team had solved and repaired our van and were on our way.Everyone I interacted with -- office staff, mechanics and Ray -- were incredible, helpful and understanding.Thank you Ray and the entire team at Meritage/ Euro Auto Care. You're all amazing.”

“My wife has a Lexus which had some separation of a lower bumper panel after a trip. Took it in to Auburn Body shop with no appointment and the boss said sure they could fix that. Directed me over to the shop door and had one of the body shop experts bolt it back together. Took all of 5 minutes. And you know they didn't even charge me. I will bring my wifes' car back in the future to have all the dings taken out and painted. This is a very professional shop with very helpful and kind folks working there. My wife is very pleased.”

“I brought in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma for front new brakes as I was told by another shop that I needed them by a certain time. I also had them check the suspension. They told me that the front brakes are good for another 5K to 10K miles and the suspension looked fine also. I was shocked to receive this news as I was waiting to receive a call telling me that I needed a bunch of work done. Not only was no work needed at this time, they also charged me nothing for the visit. Therefore, I highly recommend them and feel great about using them in the future for all of my Truck's needs.”
