This location has everything you can think of to host your event a fully equipment kitchen, a bar, tables, chairs, dishes, patio, fireplace, Bridal party changing room, it's a very spacious venue and all this for a very reasonable price. I would say run do not walk to book your event at 3M Grace is very professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your event is memorable.

Attended the Holiday Vendor event, such a beautiful space! Was pleasantly surprised after seeing this place be a restaurant for so many years. Great for any occasion, easy to find and is so charming!
