I really love our regular staff! They're always friendly, helpful, and kind!My interaction with Zoe today was anything but! She acted like she'd rather be getting a colonoscopy. She refused to peel the back off the priority sticker for me!She wouldn't check whether my box or priority mail would be less expensive, then refused to provide a piece of scotch tape to close an envelope (though she'd gladly sell me a roll).Unbelievable.And she's incredibly difficult to understand!Next time, I'll return when our regular staff is working.Ugh

Every time I go in and theirs a blond older lady she gives me someone else's package. People of Penngrove please cheak that your package is yours before leaving I have lost 2 packages, I'm assuming because of this exact problem. Penngrove post office officials please correct your staff's incompetent work effort.

Staff is kind but utterly incompetent, they've lost more of my packages than they've delivered.

I have never experienced such poor service from a post office in my life. I can go on all day regarding the poor performance, but it's best to summarize. 1) Rude, unprofessional and lazy staff. Bare minimum is normal performance. 2) leaves packages unlocked in the community box or gives your mail to the wrong house. 3) Fails to deliver large packages to the house, instead leaving a pickup notice in the box. Reason is always that you're not home. BS. 4) Blames the customer for errors. I seriously don't know how these people stay employed. Complaints fall on deaf ears. I really wish they would flush the staff and try new. It seriously can't get worse.

Lady wouldn't help me out and spare 4 inches of packing tape cuz I had no tape at home. She was extremely rude so I left and went to UPS in Petaluma where they had no problem sealing my package. I understand they are a business but the unite states postal service should be nicer to the people of America and I don't understand why the old blonde lady is so rude there.

What a great place. Nice people. Nice service. Parking is good. Store across the street to get snacks. Right downtown and it's easy.

Friendly ladies give prompt, effective service. To the other guy's point, though, it is immoral that the USPS does not have a do not mail list.
