Can’t say enough good things about these people! On a cross country trip. Had issues with our motorhome. Got them on the phone in the afternoon. They said they would prioritize us the next morning and we were back on the road that day. They were so helpful and nice to work with. They also clearly had expertise that not just any mechanic would have. Thank you!

A leaf spring on our caravan broke while we were driving and the tire and rim were dismantled. The axle also took some damage. We had to be towed and thank God we ended up here. Jeff understood that we were in transit and didn't have much time. He prioritized the repairs. so that we could travel further as quickly as possible. He and his people were super friendly and took us along every step of the way. We felt very well looked after from the start. We would highly recommend Jeff and Twin Oaks Garage to anyone! Thanks again!

I took my Class A DP to have shocks put on and they did an awesome job. I will be bringing my diesel pusher back here for its annual maintenance.

jeff's Twin Oaks Garage was very highly recommended to me by All American Rv Repair in Santa Rosa. The owners at All American told me that Jeff can handle any and all chassis-related repairs on large vehicles like motorhomes. I seriously (accidentally) bent the front automatic hydraulic jacks on our 2022 Winnebago view 24D... So badly that they were not usable anymore. Jeff was able to figure out a way to repair them and make them even better/stronger than before! His work was spot on, timely, straightforward, and his communication with me was always up-to-date. His competitive bid was a great value compared to all other bids. His office manager, Lilly is a sweetheart, and really knows the ropes for insurance claims. She is very experienced in that field. If you're looking for a very honest and straightforward repair shop, you can't do any better than Jeff and his expert team at Jeff's Twin Oaks Garage. From a very satisfied customer (and now devotee)... Robert C, Occidental, California. 3/4/2024

Can't say enough good things about Jeff's Twin Oaks Garage. Stopped in for the first time and was referred immediately to Jeff the owner. It was obvious early in our conversation that Jeff is a fair and honest businessman who cares about people. He helped me find the best solution for my situation at a price i could afford. If you're looking for a plush waiting room with TVs and vending machines don't go there. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust JTOG gets my highest recommendation.

Ford issued a recall last fall for a 'possible' suspension problem on my motorhome with the Ford F-53 chassis. They said parts were not available to repair the possible problem & six months later said they were now available. However, rather than having the parts on hand at the dealer to rapidly install them IF the problem existed, their procedure was to have the customer bring it in for an inspection, then order the parts (= waiting), and then, IF the correct parts were ordered & delivered, put them in. POSSIBLE BIG DELAYS.... I called Jeff's Twin Oaks Garage, known for their expertise with trucks/motorhomes and asked if they could have a look to see if I even had any problem. Since I had travel in the very near future, I was willing to pay 'out of pocket' to see what was going on. Mind you, the nearest Ford dealer in the entire Bay Area that could even handle motorhomes is 60 miles away from me - well over $80 in gas and the time to boot. They were also booked nearly 4 weeks out before they could even see me. Jeff set me up for about a week out. I drove in, raised it up on the jacks & Jeff himself hopped on a 'creeper' and checked the entire chassis & suspension from front to rear, rolled out & told me everything looked factory-fresh & I had no problems. I offered to pay him his normal shop time & he said, "This one's on the house". Now that is 'over-the-top' customer service & I hadn't been a customer of his for almost two years!

Just got my RV back from them after a complete engine replacement. Had to wait a long time for the engine itself to come in, but Doug kept me up-to-date as to the status and once it did come in they had it for just over a week to do the complete job. He also went back-and-forth with my warranty company to try and get me as much out of them as possible to reduce my out of pocket costs. After I picked it up, there were some misfires. Doug had me bring it back, and he took care of the issues no questions asked, replacing all of the coils, plugs, and injectors. It's been running perfect just on the few short trips I've taken. I'm getting ready for a cross-country trip, and I have confidence that it'll make it no problem. Their labor rate is a little high, but I always say, "Cheap mechanics ain't good, and good mechanics ain't cheap." So far worth their cost.

I have been using Jeff's shop for three years now to service a 2007.5 Kodiak c5500 seneca rv. Every time I had some special request which I tend to have a lot of, Jeff and Doug accommodated them and went over and above to reach my ridiculous requests. Just last month before a big trip with family and friends where we would be dry camping for 9 days in the remote dessert my radiator decided to give out, just one week before I was to leave. I contacted Doug and he happily said bring it in even after letting me know their calendar was packed full and they would get it fixed before my trip. This is what I call customer service. They diagnosed the problem found a bad lower radiator hose elbow had cracked not actually what I thought a bad radiator. Saved me money not repairing what wasn't needed, another great sign of a trustworthy mechanic. They were even able make time to do a fuel filter change and oil change, transmission check and checked my tires, along with diesel generator service just as a precaution before my big trip, All this work to make sure my family had a fun safe trip, that kind of service short notice is very rare if not impossible to find. With all my extra request for service they still got it all done before I had to go. I would highly recommended this shop for any of your mechanic needs as they have earned my trust and loyalty which I don't give out frivolously. 10 out of 10 in all categories of service, work and professionalism.
