Connor was really helpful and friendly. He help me find the right hay for my rabbit, Mr. Fudge. Fudge is eating more hay than he ever has! Thank you.

Good crew, friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the store's products. They often make good suggestions about what feed to try. Of course, I'd like for them to be open seven days a week, but that would be unreasonable. It's worth the wait to check in with the employees.

I am the barn manager for a small ranch in Sebastopol and we have been getting our hay, stall shavings and grain from Frizelle Enos for somewhere around a year. The quality of alfalfa has never been very good, however the last 3 out of 4 months it has been terrible! The bales are so old and sun bleached they look like straw until you look closely. Granted, when you pull a handful you will find a lot of alfalfa leaves, however, they are completely void of any moisture and turn to dust when you pinch them between your fingers. The stems are lignified and terribly hard and brittle. On top of having a poor quality hay, the woman who works the front desk is unbelievably rude and condescending. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to people. I don't need everyone to have a Pollyanna attitude in order for me to be satisfied with the level of service I receive. I also don't think it's appropriate to make customers feel like a bother or uncomfortable asking questions. After inspecting their hay last week before our scheduled delivery, I cancelled the upcoming order and will never give them our business again!

Nice people bought this place from the previous owners of the former feed store. I’m glad to see they’re still so kind and have even more supplies than the previous owners! Awesome people

Decidedly pricey but they have everything. Friendly staff.. but they are not super careful about kissing the right bags into your truck. You are going to want to double check
