They have an amazing brisket they pre marinate. It’s delicious. They do have some meat that is hard to come by such as duck, goose, elk, etc. they also have a variety of jerkies and tri tips. Very cute local gem to check out

First time here and the staff was extremely helpful showing me their wide array of meats, both ranch raised and wild game alike. I settled on the Kahlua and coffee tri-tip steak. The prices seem extremely competitive considering the quality, selection, and marinating ingredients!

As a fourth-generation butcher, Matt Gamba is passionate about carrying on the traditions established by his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His smoked slabs of bacon, ham, pork chops and fish are still served up on butcher paper just like in times past.
