finally a place to get quality local meat. they have an insane selection of meat. also their local so you know your money is going to the community. also their beef jerky is amazing.

They have an amazing brisket they pre marinate. It’s delicious. They do have some meat that is hard to come by such as duck, goose, elk, etc. they also have a variety of jerkies and tri tips. Very cute local gem to check out

As a fourth-generation butcher, Matt Gamba is passionate about carrying on the traditions established by his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His smoked slabs of bacon, ham, pork chops and fish are still served up on butcher paper just like in times past.
