“Straight shooters. Brought a 32 year old Jeep for diagnostic of failed smog. Identified issue and cool with me taking the vehicle back to wrench what I can (and like).This is the second older vehicle I have had them work on. Each time they accurate in diagnosis and in previous case the repairs as well.”

“I connected with a seller of a used vehicle I was looking to buy on a Thursday afternoon and needed to find a mechanic in Petaluma to do a pre-purchase inspection so I could see if there were any issues with the vehicle. I called several shops trying to find someone who could fit us in. I talked to Brian and he found a time when he could squeeze me in. The price was also very reasonable. He spent over 30 minutes checking out the vehicle, then sharing his assessment with me. His explanations were very clear and the information he shared was very helpful. I know that his shop was busy and I really appreciated that he helped me out.”

“Amazing and fast service. Called Friday when the brakes went out on our car, he said they could do an assessment on Monday. They were able to isolate and fix the issue very fast (it was the master brake cylinder) and we had the car back by the next day. Incredibly fast service and a fair price!! “by far the best Porsche shop in NorCal. And I've been to a few. Paul and Zach solve a problem I've have with my car for 4 years. Have taken it to a number of high end Porsche shops, none were able to solve it. I dropped my car off at Autobahn and about an hour later I got a call. "I think we've found your problem". And indeed they did. Saved me thousands of dollars. They could easily have taken me to the cleaners but didn't. I am very happy with this shop. I live in San Francisco. I wont go anywhere else for service.”

“I went to the BNC on East Todd road for an oil change. I have no money to speak of so I told them I could only afford the oil change and would have to do the emissions next time. They changed my oil and when I got home I looked at the engine and they had repaired a leak on the top and also on the bottom. They never mentioned it and figured that I wouldn't notice. I did notice and thought that if anyone wants to find a truly honest mechanic, it would be there.”

The other shops couldn't get to us for 3 or 4 hours.I dropped in at Kalemba's without a reservation ,at noon and in 20 minutes I was on my way down the road...wasn't fleeced. The owners at All American told me that Jeff can handle any and all chassis-related repairs on large vehicles like motorhomes. I seriously (accidentally) bent the front automatic hydraulic jacks on our 2022 Winnebago view 24D... So badly that they were not usable anymore. Jeff was able to figure out a way to repair them and make them even better/stronger than before! His work was spot on, timely, straightforward, and his communication with me was always up-to-date. His competitive bid was a great value compared to all other bids. His office manager, Lilly is a sweetheart, and really knows the ropes for insurance claims. She is very experienced in that field.
