“Jessica is a gem! She was so patient with shipping a difficult item and transaction to process - we got it all figured out. So thankful to have this business right here in our back yard. They offer a valuable service to this community - please support them and let's keep them here!”

“I love the people who work here! They are always so friendly and helpful especially Sam. I come frequently to pick up packages and have had my PO Box here for 2 years. Never have I had any issues with them losing my packages, not being kind and generous with their time. Thanks everyone for all your hard work!”

“Thoroughly, extremely impressed. Walked in to a huge, huge line at 1:30pm on Sept 19. This team handled everyone with speed and care and in less than 10 minutes everyone was served. Never seen it done sooo well. Thanks!”

“I have been very happy going to foothill Mailbox over the last couple years. The truth is, I hate going to the post office, because the line and service are usually not good. At foothill Mailbox, there is rarely much of a wait and the people know what they are doing and can give you tracking numbers for packages, etc. They also can mail US Postal Service mail packages from there as well as FedEx and UPS. Convenient and good service”

“I went into the Grass Valley PO today to pick up mail that we held for many weeks. While I was waiting, I witnessed friendly, prompt service to many customers. The staff was respectful and efficient. Excellent customer service!!”

“This review is for the window clerks at the main post office downtown. They are all GREAT. Polite helpful and they don't get flustered when the line goes out to the door. Not sure everyone knows this, that Amazon shipping and deliveries have totally changed their world. Any monies that the Post Office makes from Amazon is certainly not shared with window clerks and carriers. Did anyone notice that the Post Office has been trying to hire people like forever. Thankless job filled with crazy people and crazy dogs. If everyone hate the post office so much, posting on Yelp won't help. It's not like rating a restaurant. Next time you need Postal Service try the " other " Post Office or call your Congressman or Senator.”
