Until recently, this was Plaza tires but the same people are still there and I started going there roughly 7 or eight years ago when I moved to the community. I’ve always gotten very personable service, rides home and back to the place and I trust them to be honest with me and I’ve always had excellent service. This is a small mountain Foothill community and we scrutinize our small businesses and if they aren’t honest or fair or whatever they don’t survive. I always feel welcome when I walk in and I’m always taken care of . One time a few years ago, I had some kind of weird attack where I became very dizzy and disoriented and one of the workers drove me to a local clinic. I am retired and am having some health issues so that meant a lot to me. I always recommend them to people looking for a place to go for tires and service.

On June 28, 2024, I went to get my oil changed, and they informed me that I needed new tires and had a problem with my brakes. They claimed the front brakes were at 8 and 1, meaning one brake was significantly more worn than the other. They weren't sure what the problem was but said they'd check it out when I got my new tires.
When I returned the following Monday for the new tires, they told me my calipers were extended and gave me a quote of over $1,000. This was hard to accept, especially since I'm not in a great financial position right now. I spent time digging up my paperwork to see if the extended warranty would cover it, only to be told I had to take it to a dealer for a diagnosis.
I had to arrange for a friend to take me to Roseville and back and another friend to pick up the car with me. The dealer found no problem with my calipers or brakes; they actually measured at 1 and 3. I'm not sure if even looked at the problem again when I brought the car back, but this whole ordeal caused me a lot of stress. It not only wasted over 4 hours of my time but also about 4 hours of my dear friend's time. My time is extremely valuable, being a father of two children.
This was my experience with. While the staff was nice about it, this was a critical mistake that deserves a negative review.

They were great I came in for 2 new tires and an alignment. They said I didn't actually need the alignment which saved me some money. There was some confusion and the new tires were not put in the back where they should be (probably because the front tires were the bad ones but the back should have been moved to the front then the new put in back) but they immediately fixed it and sent me on my way everyone was super nice!

Love these peeps. I've been in for several challenging situations, including completely destroyed tires that needed urgent replacement, nails and screws in my tires, and general tire replacement. They are always great, they communicate well, and they are reasonably-priced.
