I have been here for quite awhile. Before it sold (quite a while ago), the owner was a dear friend so the change of ownership brought changes.
The manager, Romie, works with you when you feel there is a discrepancy. It is well kept in that it is obvious that the property receives maintenance of all kinds regularly.

I am packing up a house to sell and needed boxes. I had seen the sign from the road that this place had them, so I pulled in and found everything I needed. Boxes is all sizes, packing tape, and markers. The people were pleasant and helpful. They even loaded the boxes into my car for me!

I would give this 0 Stars if I could renters beware..... The manager Jerry is clueless I was having issues with my ex-boyfriend I asked Jerry multiple times not to let him into my unit and to take my ex off my contact list he said he would then two months later he almost let my ex in my unit again never took him off my contact list then I went to my storage unit didn't know what winter hours even were or when they started never was told or informed so I got locked in the storage unit I waited 45 minutes outside called five times no one answer the phone I did not know what to do so I was looking at the gate to figure out how to get out Jerry comes out screaming at me evict me charges me $40 and again cause my ex-boyfriend that he told me that he took off the contact list and told him information about my unit and now my ex is harassing me again there is plenty of storage units out there if I were you I would not rent from this place is the most awful experience I've ever had and I've had a storage unit for the last 18 years
