Zara did a great job in cutting my son’s hair. She was very friendly and patient, my son is so happy with his haircut.The place is also clean and well maintained. Definitely coming back here. I recommend this place to family and friends.Service: Kids' cuts

As a professional, it is your responsibility to educate and let the client know what services you provide/add ons/ etc…. Came here for the first and last time…. It’s humiliating looking like this… and paying 22 dollars for this. I came for a trim where I asked the stylist to use her best judgement to cut my hair and I wanted layers…. With volume… and fringe bangs where I can sweep them to my side…. I hardly ever go anywhere to get my haircut for this reason but after hearing my sister in laws good experience I came to see for myself…. She rushed when a customer with an appointment came in…. I could go on and on but I’m going to finish off with this. Hold yourself accountable, I would never let anyone walk out like this. (Didn’t blow dry my hair either) never ever again…. Let your clients know about the services you provide, try educating yourself/the client…. Have common courtesy. I guess people don’t have that anymore. Stay out of here.

WORST HAIR SALON AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'd just like to say that normally I never give reviews unless their needs to be changes done with a business or the people that work for the business. I came to SuperCuts a couple weeks ago and I had an okay experience but it could have been a lot better. However, today's experience was probably the worst that I've ever encountered at this hair salon. I called and asked to see if they had any appointments, they said I could come in so I headed over. Once I got there, I was greeted by a lady that was really rude to me a couple weeks ago when I went to get a hair wash. I was a little worried because of how she treated me the first time I went there. The wash went alright and I asked if she could dry my hair about 80% and she said "yeah, that's fine". So once she finished drying my hair, I went up to pay. After I paid, I got into my car, tying my hair into a pony tail and I noticed the back of my hair was all greasy, smelled like sweat and it didn't smell or feel clean. I went back in the store and told her that the back of my hair near the bottom wasn't washed and she led me back to where I had my hair washed the first time. She had me sit back down and when she washed my hair, it wasn't even the right spot I told her to re-wash. She was very rough, dug her nails into my hair, and started scrubbing/yanking at my hair. What's the point of re washing my hair if you're not going to wash the spot i asked to be washed ?! She rinsed my hair off and didn't even bother to put two towels under my neck so the water wouldn't drip on my shirt and sat me down. I was under the impression that she would just dry my hair like she did the first time but she said to me " I'm going to have to charge you this time because I didn't charge you the first time". I looked at her and I told her, " I didn't expect to have to come back in because you didn't do your job correctly and now you want me to pay you for a service that you didn't do correctly?" She kept going on that I would have to pay because it was a service that they provided and that I had a lot of hair. I told her that I'd dry it myself because she didn't want to do her job correctly and she just walked off without apologizing or anything. When you work at a hair salon, you're going to get people with different types of hair, the density and length. If YOU don't like your job or dealing with people who have different types of hair, density and length, DO NOT work at a HAIR SALON!!!! This is the WORST hair salon I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS to IMPROVE ALOT!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE COMING FROM A HAIR SALON THAT HAS A MOTTO OF " TAKING PRIDE IN PROVIDING THE ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL YOU'VE COME TO EXPECT FROM EVERY SUPERCUT". When you work for a company and their prices are set for the services they offer, you charge the customer the prices that are set. You DO NOT charge someone based on how you felt at the time or whatever it may be. I was and am more than willing to pay for my hair to be washed and 80% blow dried the first time but I am NOT WILLING TO PAY SOMEONE THAT DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME AND TREATED ME WITH THE UTMOST DISRESPECT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE TWO WOMEN THAT WORK HERE.

Came here for a slight trim and ended up leaving completely butchered by a girl who is too busy asking so many personal questions that were none of her business quite frankly. She chopped the hair over my ear all the way down to the scalp on the left side and then wanted to know if I wanted the right side to match. Obviously inexperienced and more than unprofessional. The older stylist really could do nothing to even fix it. The only reason I came here is because I just wanted a slight trim because I have two very important meetings this week as I am retiring. One with my bosses who are flying in from out of state and the other with 250 employees to announce my retirement. I left this Supercuts in tears and was unable to sleep last night thinking about what a clown I'm going to be looking like as I leave my long time employment. I honestly would not take my dog here for a haircut.

I got my haircut from Zara today- both head hair and beard. She did a fantastic job as per usual and she's my go-to, though, everybody else who has cut my hair in this shop has done a wonderful job. I used to travel all the way to Modesto to get a haircut and that one was my primary barbershop. Then, I started to explore my options and landed on the Supercuts in Patterson. Thinking that it was going to be less-than-average experience because it was a cheaper service, I didn't expect such a quality haircut. I've read other reviews about this place but they seem to be outdated and so I'll clear the air and write that the environment is great- everyone's nice and easy to get along with and I'm surprised about the lack of five star reviews.

We took our grandson to get his third haircut. He hasn't been too keen UNTIL today. Krystal is amazing! She completely talked our almost 2yr old through it. His cut was clean and perfect!!!
