They're the only vehicle maintenance & repair shop I trust to get the job done & get it done in an efficiently & timely manner. They're very friendly & they've proven themselves to be knowledgeable & trustworthy which is hard to come by these days.

My fiancée took the car for an oil change this morning. They treated her right, did not try to upsell her anything. Explained everything in English. She would recommend them to other women who needs attention to their cars.

I noticed an issue with my vehicle on a holiday weekend. I contacted Five Star and they had me in the day after the holiday doing diagnostics! I got a call with details and an estimate that night. The repairs took less time than anticipated and I was informed the whole way. Thank you!

I am incredibly greatful to have found Five Star Automotive! Amanda is very warm & welcoming. Immediately felt comfort walking into the office, that she keeps very clean and organized! Those who know me know that I LOVE my car. Jamie made sure to treat her accordingly. I came in for an oil change, and Jamie pointed out some additional services that need attention, AND he didn't PRESSURE me into scheduling another appointment. I TRUST Five Star Automotive & am looking forward to continued visits.

These people took care of me when I needed it the most. I was traveling south to my hometown but about 15 minutes out of patterson my cars starter gave out. I got into contact with my older brother to have a tow truck arranged to deliver my vehicle to an auto shop and I was extremely fortunate that he selected five star automotive. Jaime did the most to get me back on the road and I will be forever grateful for the grace he offered and lengths he went to see me on my way. I needed my Honda Civic a/c fixed quick during 110 degree heat wave. They were able to fit me in same day, fixing the a/c without upselling me anything. I really appreciated the speed of repair, saved me from having to rent a car. I think these guys will be my go to repair shop in town.
