I am very annoyed that this bank once again has it's ATM's (2) down outside. They were down for WEEKS a couple months ago, which caused me to have to take off work to do banking (only deposit) in a timely manner. They do not expand their inside hours to make up for ATM's to be down. I went this morning before work to make a deposit at the ATM, and ONCE AGAIN they are DOWN! This has to stop or I will need to switch banks!

I find it ridiculous that the only atm in town has been down for weeks. Extremely frustrating, like many others have stated, going to start looking for a new bank.

The ATM hasn't worked for 3 weeks now and closing on Saturday at noon with no ATM isn't good. Please think of customers and fix ATM

If I could give zero stars then that would be their rating! Completely worthless. As ha been posted, their ATMs have been down for over a week! You can't get anyone to answer the phone, you can't get anyone to return your call. I will be immediately removing my six-figure cash balance with them and doing business elsewhere!!

Everyone that works at this Wells Fargo have disgusting attitudes. Doesn’t take much effort to be kind instead of rude. Makes me not want to use Well Fargo anymore if every time I have to go to the bank I’m getting snark remarks, eye rolls, and mean attitudes. Maybe they should add a course for customer service for their employees.

Waited for over an hour- still waiting at this very moment. I’m only here to ask a simple question as well- I’ve already talked to someone about my questions just to be put in a chair for over an hour for them to answer them eventually? Came here with an appointment also. Very unhelpful, unpleasant, and slow process.The dmv is quicker and more helpful

I don’t understand all these negative people. Every time I go in they are professional. They are a busy branch but the tellers work extremely hard and I appreciate them. Also they were one of the only branches/banks that did not close down at all during Covid. Bravo staff

Slow and unfriendly staff. Can't get a smile out of anyone. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years. I'm going to switch to another bank. Good bye!

Not sure why people are posting such negative things about this branch. I’ve never had problems and everyone is so nice. I hardly ever have a wait and I’m usually in and out within 10 minutes.
