Great! Helpful staff, found what O came for for less money. My first time in a Walmart, I will be back. Thank you.

Lou in the eye glasses department is awesome! Great customer service and super helpful. Didn't bother us while we were looking for glasses but was available to answer any questions we had and when we found the ones we liked and were ready to check out he walked us step by step through the process and was very informative. He knows what he's talkin about! We will definitely be back.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This was in the automotive department. I couldn't be more clear about what I need and the robots in the shop still didn't understand. When they couldn't figure it out I was transferred to someone else who was equally as rude. When I had made my rounds on the phone I was then hung up on.

This location is hit or miss. Fitting rooms are often unattended. I will say that some of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I did a return without a receipt and it was a quick process. The person who helped us apologized for the wait and said it was their first day but no apology was needed, they were quick and did a great job.

Absolutely the worst store I have ever shopped in my entire life.. One checker for a whole city.. Lots of employees walking around doing nothing.. Self check counters that never work but have employees standing around watching people try to use them.. This store is a hot mess. I would rather drive to SLO and shop than enter this chaos.

Waiting for assistance in electronics. There is only 1 person maintaining electronics while a line of guests form. The Walmart associate failed to ask their team for additional assistance while they helped other guests. All I needed was someone to unlock the ink for me so I could grab what I needed and go. Now the associate is busy on the phone answering calls and juggling helping a woman buy a phone--instead of asking for help so they could assist more than one guest at a time and not have guests loose their priority in line.

Walmart is always crazy no doubt but going when they open up on a weekday is the best way to avoid the craziness! Prices are great.

I am a regular customer and for the most part the customer service is adequate. However, this morning I went to buy a new car battery and the lady, named Renee, in the automotive department was the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. She has no business working in retail and should be in the back warehouse or something. She made me wait for a long time before she even addressed me while I stood alone at the counter. When she finally asked me what I wanted she was sarcastic, had a very nasty disposition and was very bothered and put out when I asked if they could put in in for me. She has zero people skills and should be transferred somewhere she doesn't have to deal with people. I wanted to ask for additional items but decided not to just because I didn't want to be the cause of her becoming totally unglued so I'll just go elsewhere. She represented Wal-Mart in the worst way possible. The manager really needs to evaluate her attitude with customers and think about reassigning her elsewhere. We all have a bad day on occasion but to take it out on customers in a retail business is very unprofessional. George the mechanic was very helpful and polite-

I'm only leaving one star because I have to. The woman named Rene in the tire center has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen in my life. AVOID RECEIVING TIRE SERVICE while this woman is working. She was extremely rude to me. She was extremely rude to my daughter the next day and we spent over a 1,000$ in two days on tires and I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. So sad. However, Kaitlyn was great!

Thank you, Wayne, for your excellent help in the paint department today. As soon as I walked into your section, you put aside your stocking work and immediately asked how I could be helped. I really appreciated the kind and helpful attitude you provided at Wal Mart. Thanks, Wayne!

I go to Walmart a lot I like the low prices and their brand plain Greek yogurt is my favorite. Checking out is horrible! Never enough cashiers The building is usually hot as they don't run AC, especially in the cashier area with more people there it gets hot and humid But I like a bargain so I try to go early like 7 am to shop and this also has been Good to avoid people during COVID

All the bathrooms are closed except for one and the gentleman who is cleaning the mirrors not let two elderly gentlemen use the toilets for the last 15 minutes and when we got the manager whose name is Sean he said he's hired to protect his associates and then if we need to go to the bathroom we can go to another store. Well, we're going to another store and we're taking with us the $500 for merchandise that we didn't buy here. #Walmart #walmartsucks #neveragaonwalmart

Buyers beware: they've had a data breach but don't want to admit it. Keep an eye on your credit card reports. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Walmart HQ and this branch won't do a thing.

So Walmart sold me a pair of Beats headphones that did not exist. When my son opened the box on Christmas morning it was stuffed with a maternity blouse. This was the only gift he had asked for. When I contacted Walmart's customer service they basically told me kick rocks they'll send me a refund. They also suggested that they may open an investigation into this but none of this is a solution for the problem. This was a Christmas gift and no customer should ever buy something, open a box, and find nothing but crap in a box. Walmart doesn't actually care about what happened or about the customer. They only want to issue a refund and walk away from this. I want the product and I want to know why Walmart is so indifferent to this situation. Walmart is a big joke. Their customer service is a big joke. They are just a corporate giant who does not care about anyone or anything other than the owners and board members of this company. There is no fixing this and speaking with their customer service only has made matters worse. I want to know why my family was forced to go through this heart-wrenching moment and why they are not doing everything they can to make this right.

I'm definitely grading on a Walmart curve me, but this was a pretty nice Walmart. The shelves were well-stocked, and they had what I was looking for.every employee that I encountered made eye contact and smiled. And there was absolutely zero line at the checkout. They had free masks available at the entryway, and the hand sanitizer dispensers we're loaded.
