Working with Alfredo to get an Apple Watch and a new cell phone was beyond amazing. He looked for the best deal for us and was very knowledgeable about the Apple products we were interested in. He also helped with an issue we were having with group texts. Alfredo was wonderful!!!?

I just left the store and junior was beyond helpful got me into a new phone but was able to help me get into an old email I couldn't use so I am beyond thankful wonderful person keep up the good work junior!

Alfredo, the sales representative was amazing! He was genuinely kind and compassionate of the stressful situation that brought me into the store in the first place. Alfredo was super knowledgeable of the products and he made the whole transaction go quickly and smoothly. It was obvious that he loves his job and working for Verizon. If there were more Alfredo’s within your organization you wouldn’t have any competition at all! Thanks Alfredo and thanks Verizon for hiring him and keeping him in your employ!

A worker here had given a phone to my sister, without the permission of the sole owner of the Verizon account for our lines. He had only asked for the number of the phone of my sister's, not telling us that he needed to contact the owner of the Verizon account (another family member). The employee was a Spanish speaking man, who had worked at AT&T prior to this place. He didn't really explain the costs in upgrading my sisters phone, leaving my other family member to have to pay unexplained fees. He also charged for the activation fee when he did not help us activate the new iPhone 14.

No other customers were in there and the employee wouldn’t go get my order. I had to come back 30 minutes later. I think they were just trying to make it to closing time without helping me.

Best phone store experience ever!!! Junior did exactly what he said he would do. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Truly an amazing visit. He made what can be an extremely stressful and frustrating time a stress free pleasurable exchange. ???

We had several issues transferring a business line and a phone turnover promotion credit that was not right….after a few hours six phone calls and some technical issues we were able to resolve it somewhat and also get a promotion credit we were offered pending . I have been dealing with Verizon, my whole life and this wasn’t an ideal situation for us but they did attempt to make it right and they held their word. We’re supposed to get a credit to our bill in two business cycles once that goes through I’ll post a picture of it here. And update my review.
