The worst customer service ever when I called to change my service from post paid to pre-paid. I was on the phone over an hour to 5 different people. What I wanted was to pay less and get more data. They get 1 star.After the change was made, the next day I couldn't make or receive telephone calls or texts! So I went to the Verizon store in Paso Robles, where Junior tried everything he knew, from paying an additional $10 initially as I had been incorrectly charged, until he called tech support who then had to call a higher tech support. So, again after over an hour and a half my phone was working. The Verizon store in Paso gets 5 stars. They always do! They are very helpful in there.

I what to give a shout out to the Verizon store on Theatre Drive in Paso Robles, Ca. They are an amazing Team there! Clarissa went above and beyond in Customer service to help me activate another phone line on my husband’s business phone after he accidentally dropped in the lake. She navigated what needed to be done on the phone with their Customer service, so I didn’t have to try to figure it out. It was so awesome and saved so much time! In short, I happily recommend this store for an efficient experience. THANK YOU,Lisa

Walking into a phone store has never been a great experience for me. Every time I go in to a location i feels like I’m dealing with car salesman always trying to get me into something that I don’t really need. However, my experience with the ladies that work there was amazing. They talk to me about all different kinds of phones, and I never felt pressured into getting anything that I didn’t need. My mom was actually the one who told me to come into this location as she had to work with them before and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever be going to a different Verizon store. The girls who work at this location are truly phenomenal and so well trained and just have such great personalities. Honestly, I’d pay just to come have a conversation with them. They made my phone shopping experience. The best experience left with a smile.

I’ve spent 2.5 days trying to get a new phone through my insurance that I purchased with Verizon and have been sent to 3 different locations. I filed two claims online and through the phone without anyone actually me helping resolve this issue. The Paso Robles employees on theater are not helpful and rude. This is not my first issue with this store.

I can't remember their names sadly but the gals that helped my daughter and I knew their biz and where absolutely delightful. Verizon always makes changes easy!
