Carrier incorrectly placed 2 packages in the wrong mail box. They showed as delivered but alas not to me. Several unsuccessful visits to the post office yielded poor results until the supervisor stepped in.Local mail boxes contained flyers asking for the packages, if found, to be handed in or delivered, which ultimately is what happened. Thanks so much Joe and his team

I explained that my package was delivered to a public box at this office. The woman who helped me lied saying it wasn’t there. when she said I could pickup the next day… she’s helping others at the same time as me. I felt disregarded and ignored. I’ve called several times and no answer. She said she would return my call but she hasn’t. I don’t understand why I can’t be helped.

Nothing has changed from the negative reviews. I have a PO Box and important mail is never received. I have no idea what happens to it, but I rarely bother checking my PO Box anymore because of this and just tell everyone the post office isn’t delivering my mail. I care for an aging family member and work more than full time. I’ve just thrown my hands up at this point. They must be blocking negative reviews because no one can see this one. Mishandling people’s mail is a serious matter.

I always have a positive experience at my post office. The people are always very nice, patient, and they greet me by name. I don't know how they do it, but they stay patient and always have a smile on their faces!

I would like to share my experience at the post office. Tiffany is the cats meow! She is always willing to help and keeps her cool even when people are not so nice to her. She is super helpful when you don’t know the correct paperwork you need to get those pesky documents over to our illustrious government and commiserates with you having to send them in the first place.!! She is a doll and anyone who says otherwise doesn’t know what they are talking about. Go Tiff!!! ?

Went in on April 12th to renew my kids passports. Paid for expedited service even though we had over 12 weeks til our trip to Germany. Yolanda filled out the applications and was sure we would get them back in time. 8 weeks later I received a letter back from the passport office that they received the applications but couldn't continue as Yolanda hadn't filled out her portion of the paperwork. Went back to the post office to find out we had to re-apply, meaning new pictures new application new everything. Tiffany helped us the second time around (see next POSITIVE review). Long Story Short passports did not come in in time, had to reschedule the trip, spend a ton of money in rebooking fees, missed hotels, train tickets you name it not to mention the stress of not knowing, calling the passport office, going online, going back to the post office, heartbroken family back home cuz we couldn't come visit. I hate to publicly talk bad about people but if you need a passport don't use Yolanda. She is very sweet and friendly but due to her mistake my only vacation this year had to be cancelled and I lost a lot of money and time. Maybe she wasn't trained right or had a bad day. If you need a passport - ask for Tiffany. She rocks!

This review is directed to TIFFANY that is UNFORTUNATLY employed by the Paso Robles Post office on Spring Street. This review does not reflect the many other wonderful people that work there. I am a lifelong resident of Paso and a local business owner. On multiple occasions I have found this woman to treat me in a very discriminating, rude, and extremely unprofessional manner. I order baby chicks throughout the year and they are delivered to the Paso Robles post office. Thats where you pick them up. I have been picking up baby chicks for many years from this post office. It is customary that you receive a call the morning that your chicks have arrived. In early April I received a voice mail from Tiffany stating, " This is Paso Robles Post office your chickens are here, and you need to come get them NOW!" This was in a very irritated, rude tone. I was completely taken aback. When I arrived, I walked to the counter and was asked by Tiffany "what do I want"? I said im here to pick up my baby chicks. This woman asked for my ID and then flung it back at me. She gave me my baby chicks without ever saying a word. She has a permanent look of disgust on her face whenever I have delt with her. Today I again had to go to the Post Office to pick up another baby chick order and had to deal with her. I don't like to bring race into a bad customer service experience, but I believe that's the issue with this miserable woman. I am Hispanic and my husband is African American and today she treated us like S**T! There was absolutely no excuse for her behavior. She made sure to do everything she could so I couldn't pick my order up. Paso Robles is a small town most of us know each other here. When you go to the Post office you are always going to run into someone you know. You see many friendly familiar faces that work at the Paso post office too. This woman is not an asset to our local Post Office.
