We stopped in to this branch because we wanted to establish a new local banking relationship. There were 2 employees behind the counter and no customers so we explained what we wanted to do. They look at me and my wife (who is on crutches with a broken ankle) and tell us that things are slow right now and there are only 2 of us here so could you come back some other time? We were kind of lost for words but I finally said thanks but no thanks, we are already with a bank with poor customer service and it is pretty clear that this would be more of the same. So we left them to stand there at their empty teller windows practicing their wonderful customer service skills and absolutely nobody. Fortunately, we did find a bank in Paso that understands customer service. Don't waste you time with this U.S. Bank branch.

Customer service is non existent here. All they want to do is push you to the ATM or online. Don't waste your time or money and go elsewhere.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. THE LADY SEEMED PUT OUT TO HAVE TO HELP US. SHE TOLD US HER COMPUTER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT UNTIL LATER THIS AFTERNOON AS SHE WAS EXPECTING A LOAN CUSTOMER SHORTLY. MY HUSBAND ASKED HER, "DON'T YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS"? SHE RESPONDED WE COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE AFTERNOON. WE LEFT THE BANK AND WENT TO ANOTHER ONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE FELT LIKE A BURDEN NOT A VALUED POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

I have only been here twice and both time received the help I needed. In fact last time the branch manager remembered my transaction. If the teller had an issue she would immediately consult the branch manager for assistance (unlike the B of A in Paso Robles). I also pay less for a cashier check here.

Branch Manager, Michelle, and Senior Banker, Jessica, have been very helpful with regards to a recent claim I've had to file when their ATM malfunctioned while making a cash deposit. It is frustrating that an immediate memo credit couldn't be applied to my account and that I have to wait 10 days for my funds to be credited, however, Michelle in particular has handled my account very well and professionally due to the bank error. Not everything is perfect in life but what matters is how something is handled and how you feel you're being treated and for that I appreciate the kindness and exceptional customer service from this branch.

Terrible customer service!! I have been banking there since 2010 and went in today to make a quick withdrawl. Found out that since my drivers license had expired 2 weeks ago (Appt for renewal is next week) they would not give me any $! I had to drive all the way home to get my passport and come back. Then they proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes before being helped this next time. I'm sorry, but your job as a bank teller is customer service. There is no class at this bank and the tellers are horrible! Needless to say, I will be closing my business account and moving it over to Chase where we happily have two other accounts!

Professional staff, they seem like they really care. They called me by name and remembered me only after a few visits. It's doesn't seem easy to be effective in a small supermarket branch with all the traffic, but they do a great job. I didn't know they did loans too! Pretty much everything except no safe deposit boxes. Pretty convenient. ATM is an older model but I hear it's going to be upgraded.
