The staff is the reason this store gets 5 stars! Hands down the most professional and hard working group of young people you could ask for to handle your mail and all of your shipping and receiving needs. They are always friendly and ready to help. They are also really knowledgeable about the many services they offer. Simply the best!

We have a mail box at this store, so we are in there frequently. We are always greeted and given prompt and courteous service. It has really improved since the new owners took over!!

Every time I visit this store I receive the BEST customer service. Pedro helped me with packing up my car with my large packages that were delivered to the Paso UPS store. I was SO grateful for his help. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the Paso Robles area. “Those who serve best, profits the most”. Thank you again Pedro!!!
