“I had a slow leak in one of the drive tires on my Peterbilt and was told by a tech at a truck stop shop (not Marks Tire) that the tire was shot and needed replacement. It's an $800+ tire that will need to be ordered so I hopped on Yelp to find a local dealer to handle it over my break. The folks at Marks were so helpful and would be happy to order a new tire but suggested their techs should take a close look at the problem to see if it could be repaired. So in I go and they pulled off the tire, fixed it, and remounted it all in less than an hour for $57. Really terrific service, great staff, total professionals and a lesser shop could have easily sold me a pricey tire but Mark's took the time to see if they could fix mine up instead and I super appreciate it. I'll be back next time I need tires for sure.”

“Austyn at America’s Tires in Paso Robles was super helpful! I had been to the AMTires in San Luis Obispo for a “low tire pressure” sensor alert. They added air to the rear tires & checked pressure then said I was “good to go”. After a bit on the hiway a bigger, red “check tire pressure” alert popped up! I pulled in to the Paso Robles location where Austyn checked pressure on all tires, then asked if the car alert system had been reset! No, it had not. He not only reset it, he taught me the how & why so I would be sure to not miss this step after adding or reducing air pressure in the future! Thank you Austyn for your professionalism!”

“Was having some womp-womp-womp noises after hitting some deep potholes in town. Had to replace two front tires due to tire damage. Typically the cause of this type of noise is: Stone Trapping, Foreign Object Damage,Broken or Separated Belts, A Bent Wheel, Unbalanced Tires, and wheel bearings. Paid only $23 for a detailed check of the above issues at Big Brand Tires in Paso Robles. Everything checked out "Sat" but found one wheel without any balancing weights. They added the weights and corrected the problem!!! I had taken it to another very affordable tire place (where I purchased the original tires and the two replacement tires) and they could not determine the cause. Thank you Jeff (and the thorough technician) at Big Brand Tires.”
