They are Horrible!! Stay Away from Top Nails & Spa, Paso Robles CA!! Just went and got a pedicure and daughter got a manicure HORRIBLE job!! The pedicure was very sloppy and the gal who did it didn't seem to care and the manicure that my daughter got she got acrylics on, one nail was crooked and she had to wait for the guy to get there supposedly he was walking around Lowe's. Just Horrible stay away and save your money!!!

I've been coming here for over 3 years. I have given everyone a chance to work on my toes and hands. I can't say how amazing each and every person is here. I have specific things I need done on my toes and everyone has nailed it. I've only ever had amazing service here. I'm totally in love with everyone here and this salon.

The worst pedicure I've ever had very rough and $60 deluxe pedicure lasted 40 minutes yikes... never again

I made an appointment & they were able to fit me in at 5 o' clock for pedicure & a full set. I asked for gel pedicure with callous removal & they did a great job. My full set was exactly what I wanted. Everyone was courteous & professional as well as attentive. Everyone is relaxed.

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter and I went to get mani and pedis done, the salon was nice enough as were the employees, however……. My gel manicure started lifting the second day as did my daughters. We dropped a substantial amount of money there for poor quality work.

Place was beyond awful for starters. I asked for extensions and for tips they wouldn't give it to me. They demanded to only give me a manicure, and only give me a gel they also tried to charge us with $1000 extra just hoping we wouldn't notice and the nails came out god-awful I would 110% not recommend and It also took over three hours for just a manicure there is a reason for me it give this nail salon one star. It is completely awful save yourself from the misery of coming in and from the awful nails you will get.

I was so impressed! the owners are so friendly and start a conversation. They did an amazing job, gave me exactly what i wanted and got my nails done so fast.

Love this place if I have my nails done by the owners. But if one of the other manicurists does them, they're peeling on day 3-4, without fail. I'm not sure what her name is, but she's very sweet, quiet, and appears to do a good job until a few days later when the gel nails start peeling off. I've gone back before to have them fixed and the owners will accommodate and do them over, so at least if you have the spare time to do so, you can do that. I gave her another chance this past week and hoped for some improvement, but I'm back in the same situation as before, which is such a disappointment, considering that I have small children to prioritize over going back to the nail salon within a week to have my nails redone. It's so hard to find the time for self care and even harder to do so twice in less than a week. I would highly recommend making an appointment with the owners if you want to come here.

Called for an appointment yesterday, was able to come in without a problem. I asked for Tommy. Kim assisted me by taking me on time and Tommy finished by shaping as perfect as usual! Thank you Top Nails & Spa!
