I was able to order a product from here that the manufacturer did not have in. An per contacting the manufacturer they have a product shortage so they are unsure when they will have more of it! Ordering process from Natural Alternative was smooth and shipment was fast. Thank you

I was born and raised in Paso and I’ve been looking for a good store that offers natural, healthy solutions. The natural alternative has everything I was looking for. I’ve gone multiple times and the staff was all very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only place where the employees will actually take their time and explain the supplements you are buying! You don't get customer service like that from Amazon or Whole Foods :)

Shout out to all the wonderful employees who helped out with our family vitamins and healing remedies! Truly feeling our best these days with the referrals and recommendations, personally, from at least two employees recently. Special thanks to the sweet gal (brown hair) on a Friday AM that recommended my CBD patch from injury. I was able to cope the weekend until my chiropractor's appointment. I will visit over and over again because I love the products- esp charlotte's web gummies & Arnika! Their mushroom coffee was pretty good too and they top you off with gratitude and free samples. Love!!! See you back soon!! Thanks for your hospitality, girls!

Just came in here and Megan was incredibly helpful! Was having brunch nearby and was feeling immense pain in my neck due to sleeping wrong. We walked in, told her the issue and she offered a remedy. She didn't even push a sale and gave me samples to relieve my pressure. For someone that's from out of town, it was a breath of fresh air to find this place and get help from Megan.
