Had to return my De'Longhi because it stopped working. Thank God for Starbucks, inside Target. Not only do I get 5% back because of the RedCard, but this barista delivered fast and accurate service. I got the "basic" pumpkin spice latte, hot. Was done to perfection, with a smile! Will definitely be back.

I don't even like to walk in this place anymore and the managers have such big attitudes whenever we come in. Don't feel comfortable with selection of things, like certain clothes because I don't like politics or agenda in the store, and quite frankly, the value of some of these items are pretty high price compared to other stores. ... Target used to be such a fun place to go. When I was a kid I want to walk around with my mother eat popcorn, and have snacks and ICEE while we run through target and look for a good deals. It is totally changed today I don't feel like it's the Target It was when I was growing up which is really sad to say because I really used to love Target a lot!

Went to add my daughter to my phone plan, an employee named phil was helping us out and was extremely passive aggressive. he would not stop looking at my 16 year old daughter’s breasts. i am never going back to that store. he should be fired. this is not okay!!!

I recently bought a a ring doorbell, & another item the same day, however, I used cash, & and lost the receipt. I returned to the store and was treated like a criminal. The item is locked inside a cabinet so I couldn't have shoplifted it. I will Never return to target again.

I was part of a company called SHIPT and i loved shopping for people in the SLO County area. I liked shopping at this Target because of the amazing staff they had working there. Im not too sure if they are working there now but while i was working for SHIPT, everyone was knowledgeable about their products and the locations they were in. They were very friendly and always so helpful....well....to me anyways. Thats why i bought some lunch to 2 Target employees there. I hope they enjoyed thier enchiladas. :o)I see that the rating is low, which is understandable....if you had a bad experience. My experience or experiences there was always amazing. The employees get treated like dirt if there is a problem but when things are good, no one ever says anything. I say great job Target and to all your staff there. They should all get raises.

If you want to go shop somewhere where the cashiers are determined to ruin your entire trip, then this is the Target for you! I had a card malfunction, which I obviously didn't anticipate because s*** happens, and the lovely cashier helping me decided the best course of action was to make me feel like I was trashy and trying to steal. Because, yknow, people who love to steal always try going to pay for their s*** at the register first, right? I will never come back to this one if I can help it. And honestly, most Targets have terrible employees nowadays just like the one I unfortunately had interacted with here, David at the registers.

I really like this Target store, but there is one detractor; the cashier "Mark." A few weeks ago he chastised me because he did not think I greeted him appropriately. Yesterday he chastised my grandchildren for replacing the "stick" that is used to separate transactions. He wanted it placed behind my items even though at that time there was no one behind me. He is condescending and has a clear disdain for the customer.

Dear Mark at the register, Every time I come in you are rude as hell for no apparent reason. There has been not one day you have been friendly or excited about your job. You are demanding and threatening every time I have had an encounter with you. It's very sad to me that your employees (or at least one employee) is that unhappy with his job that he feels the need to spread his unhappiness onto others. Please take my feedback and let this guy know he needs an attitude adjustment. Thank you kindly. Also, why aren't the changing rooms open? I've heard several different reasons from covid to not having enough employees. This results in a number of returns because we are unable to try on. Not a great business strategy and now I don't even want clothes from here anymore because I can't try them on. It's getting ridiculous. Does this all stem from the top down? Why are you not able to hire enough employees? And why do you keep the employees who are obviously offensive and rude? Rant over .

Everytime I have come into the store I have been given a .05 discount for bringing in my bags. This time I asked the cashier did you give me the credit for the bags. She said no we don't do that. I said no that's not true. She must be new or something. I said it's not a big deal because there were people behind me and I wanted to leave. I went to customer service to ask and they said oh She probably didn't know because we have people from the floor helping out on the registers. I said it's not a big deal and left. She should have said we will refund you and take care of it. But because I was in a hurry I said it's fine. And why is it that target won't bag your stuff when you bring a bag from home. Ever since the pandemic they may this ridiculous policy. We already know covid is not transmitted on surfaces. This is just an excuse for these cashiers to be lazy. We purchase and have to do the work ourselves. So let me get this straight? Cashiers can touch dirty cash but not our bags ?? Doesn't make sense. Covid is not transmitted on surfaces but we don't need masks no more! Doesn't make sense!!

Excellent customer service, Marissa was awesome! She was so sweet and helpful! she was absolutely a gem! I got a an electric blanket and had just downloaded the target circle app and had no idea how to use it . Thank you

Why do the fitting rooms close at a certain time??? The attendant said they closed at 5 pm. We had lots of things to try on and never heard of or saw where it said they closed at 5. There was no sign either it was just roped off. Confusing and inconvenient experience.

I only come in this target now when I absolutely have to. I haven't shopped here in a while. I went in today to get a gift certificate for my niece who had 5 kids and loves to shop targets. I am almost at a zero balance on my credit card I vowed to pay off. It's only a matter of time when a newer better department store comes along and target will go out of business. My main complaint is rude employees. They have absolutely no customer service policy. Those employees don't realize that if it were not for the customers they would not have a friggen job. Rude rude rude. I avoid the employees, I have nothing to say to any of the rude, sloppy, lazy people who work here. I'm done.
