Definitely not worth the $70 wash or frustration. Their staff seems to be young, lackadaisical, and has poor attention to detail. Which is disappointing to experience from an auto detailing business. I felt as though the staff was more concerned with speed of the job than quality of the job.After stepping back into my vehicle I had to pull back into their workspace and address some issues. The quality insurance employee was trying to pull out the excuses for the car’s condition but after showing him multiple spots on the inside of the vehicle with visible dirt he attempted to re-do the work. I ended up having to ask for a cloth myself because they were still gliding over spots and not doing a full job in my opinion. I usually detail my own cars to avoid such issues but I was in the need of help today, and was going here off of a family recommendation. The worst part is that the car wasn’t even terribly dirty. All it needed was a thorough vacuum and some elbow grease to make the interior spot free. They also failed to make the car smell nice. I wasn’t even looking for a scent booster but the employee who took in my vehicle recommended it to me. I could have done a better job myself with a micro fiber and a house vacuum.

First time at this car wash. My car was REALLY dirty and they did a great job on the interior and exterior. Nice place to sit with complimentary coffee.

Spent over an hour for a basic car wash and vacuum. The employees are poorly organized and do not appear to have any sense of urgency. The quality of the service is average at best.

Been coming here the past few years, since moving to Paso and there is no other place I'd take any of our cars. Mike, always helpful when you pull to chat and write up your wash ticket. I've done the exterior only to the full detail and wages in between and never been disappointed. During some periods, the wait can be a bow long but that's expected at nearly any car wash. The staff is attentive and will to correct any issues if you have them before you leave. Keep up the great work as I e got no intentions of giving my business to any other place in town

Recently came to get my car wash. It was kinda a whatever job. I paid $40, which I thought would be an above average job. They didn't even vacuum the inside of the trunk. I barely can smell the air freshener they sprayed, if they sprayed any at all. Overall, I will not be going back.

No this was a bad experience...it partially soaped my car then stopped working...I paid the $11 amount...didn't do anything...I was so mad...no one around to get assistance from...they should be ashamed of themselves...!

We used to like this place but after today's experience we will never ever go back! It took 1 1/2 hrs to get our truck washed, and thinking it was taking so long was because they were doing a good job, WRONG!! They did a horrible job! Left a puddle of cleaning solution on the center console, the running boards were still dirty and dead bugs still all over it. Seats didn't even look like they touched them. I know it's hard to find good employees, but dang, at least hire someone to supervise what you have for quality. Our wash cost $59! Don't waste your time or your money!

Well to start off with, I had to move to a different stall because the 1st one, would not take my quarters!! So that made it an inconvenience. 2nd I didn't have enough time to Soap & Rince!

I rarely review for poor service as I know how damaging illegitimate reviews can hurt but my experience was so poor I felt a warning for others was necessary. Having a 289 dollar gift certificate for a vehicle detailing I made an appointment. While they told me that a truck detail was more expensive after seeing the interior of my truck and how little was required they agreed to do it for the value on my certificate.. After having the truck for 4 hours they called telling me it was ready. When I arrived to check out the vehicle I found they never even cleaned the bed of the truck which was obvious. Even after leaving the truck for another hour I returned to find that the bear minimum had been done..I feel like I basically paid 289 for a super wash and basic interior cleaning.. This was the worst example of customer service and product delivery I had ever experienced. On a scale of one to ten with one being the worst I would still have trouble finding a score low enough to rate this business services

Took my Truck here and purchased the $28 dollars exterior wash and left with a dirty hood , top and a gouge out of the paint on the hood . Will never go back I’m so bummed. Be aware!!!

I’ve been going here for years and keep swearing I’m not going back… then I do. Sometimes it’s really good then other times it’s terrible like today. I’ve come to realize it’s the people on the outside finishing up the cars. Today it was NOT a great experience and I WILL be going back and showing the manager what a terrible job the young man did. For $40.00 he should at least been able to do what was on the price list.. but no that was NOT done.????

The “Quality Assurance” guy said my car was ready, but it still had bugs splattered all over the front. Then he tried to tell me it was clean . I had to wait while they re-did it.
