Sloppy. Lackadaisical. Left cleaning products in and on the car, along with dirt. Jams weren’t clean, big spots on windshield. Staff washing the cars were slow and more interested in talking among themselves. It’s super convenient but not going back.

Nice calm environment. Friendly staff. Located right next door to DMV. Get a wash while waiting for your name to be called. Complimentary coffee was a pleasant surprise. Bistro tables inside with 120v and USB chargers on wall. Comfortable place to catch up on emails.

This place used to be much better. After returning home and inspecting their work, I noticed numerous black smudges on my light tan interior. Additionally, there were dozens of purple-tinted spots on the exterior. Although these spots came off with Turtle Wax cleaner, I was disappointed. I paid for the mid-tier package, so while I didn't expect a full detailing, but I shouldn't have to go over their work right after they finished.

This place has gone down hill. A decent rain could have done a better job cleaning the vehicle. There was still pollen spots everywhere. When I questioned the lady who worked there she tried to sell me on a detail after I had already spent $60. I won’t be coming back

They do a good job of getting your car cleaned. Most the time they catch everything, but a couple times I have had to point out some spots on the car where they missed a bug splat. I just had my car clay barred, waxed.

Definitely not worth the $70 wash or frustration. Their staff seems to be young, lackadaisical, and has poor attention to detail. Which is disappointing to experience from an auto detailing business. I felt as though the staff was more concerned with speed of the job than quality of the job.
After stepping back into my vehicle I had to pull back into their workspace and address some issues. The quality insurance employee was trying to pull out the excuses for the car’s condition but after showing him multiple spots on the inside of the vehicle with visible dirt he attempted to re-do the work. I ended up having to ask for a cloth myself because they were still gliding over spots and not doing a full job in my opinion. I usually detail my own cars to avoid such issues but I was in the need of help today, and was going here off of a family recommendation. The worst part is that the car wasn’t even terribly dirty. All it needed was a thorough vacuum and some elbow grease to make the interior spot free. They also failed to make the car smell nice. I wasn’t even looking for a scent booster but the employee who took in my vehicle recommended it to me. I could have done a better job myself with a micro fiber and a house vacuum.

First time at this car wash. My car was REALLY dirty and they did a great job on the interior and exterior. Nice place to sit with complimentary coffee.
