I usually don’t do bad reviews. But today I really got upset and I paid for service that I didn’t get. A while ago I had gone and I had a bad service by a guy who didn’t do a good job either. I stopped going for a while and went to different place. Unfortunately, that place was closed today so I decided to give them a second chance. I told him I wanted A deluxe pedicure and manicure.
Unfortunately, I had the same experience but this time with the young lady. She barely touched my feed. I feel like my feet only got soaked, nail cut, and then nails painted. That was not a deluxe pedicure I was paying for. When I told her she needed to take the dead skin off, she said “we cant do that you need to come more often”. I’m sorry, but my feet are not that dry she only put a cream underneath my foot and barely touched with the yellow sponge or whatever it’s called. So that was the first red flag it got me thinking here we go again. When she got to my manicure she only soak my fingers, cut and file my nails then said she was “done”. I asked her don’t you put like a lotion or something. I feel like we’re missing a couple steps. This didn’t feel like a deluxe pedicure or manicure. So one of the guy (worker) said “yes she needs to give you a massage on your hands. She will do it right now”. So I just got up and left I told her she wasn’t doing her job. I was upset because I was paying $68.00 for something she wasn’t doing I could’ve done that at home. As I was paying a lady(customer) said “your right they’re not doing what they supposed to be doing.” I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking the same thing. So less and learn here. I will definitely will not be going back. If you’re looking for a place that they’re gonna do their job for what you’re paying for let’s just say this is not the place $68.00 it’s not cheap.

Would not take the time to repair a nail. They had three staff on site. One staff was working with a customer. Two had no customers. No one waiting. :(

I have gone here on and off for years, specifically cause they take walk ins but this place has never been my favorite. But I will never be going back. I had the worst pedicure, just rushed and left pink all around my toes. I left with a wet toes even though I was told they were dry. My toe got messed up and I went back to get it fixed and they were so rude to me. Like it was such an annoyance to have to fix one toe.

This place has horrible customer service. The place is dirty. The lamps have spider webs and the desks are extremely Dirty. I was very uncomfortable there. The girl that was doing my nails looked homeless and very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Made appointment for 2 adults and 4 yr old for pedis. Left after waiting 20 minutes because it was clear they were no where close to ready. (On arrival I could tell they weren't ready and I didn't want to wait long with my granddaughter so I offered to go to lunch and return later when they had more time and they said to wait as they were almost ready) This is the third time I've made an appointment and had to wait excessively so I left. Their pedicures are not very good. The location is good and they have cute kids chairs but that is not enough for me to return. They were not even apologetic.

they usually do a fine job (most of them) but for $75 for a full set of acrylics, I at least expect them to do a manicure / clean up my dry skin around my nails and that never happens. I'll probably go somewhere else next time, it's so overpriced and hit or miss.

Took my daughter here for her bday nails & the lady was so nice. Also gave us a discount because of the special occasion. Will definitely be going back again!

Went in for a new full set and it’s terrible. Nails are uneven. Cuticles were not filed or pulled back, isn’t the same with as my natural nail. It’s very sloppy and I’m super disappointment. Paid over $120
I just added photos of the attempted fix terrible. I won’t go there ever again.

Went with my daughter and got a new set for myself the nails came out terrible. Went back the next day for them to fix it and the last photo shows after they attempted to fix it. They don't care and all they do is sit there and talk about you. It's rude and unprofessional. $120 without tip for this trash. They didn't push back or cut my cuticles, the acrylics aren't the same width as my natural nail. Uneven nails, crooked nails.

I absolutely love Danny, Douglas, Trisha, and the rest of the team. They do a phenomenal job in making sure the entire nail is covered and that I am happy with the work they have done. They have also have gone above and beyond in the past to get me the person I wanted right before my wedding (she was on maternity leave and came in to take care of me anyway!). The vibe is friendly, clean, and comfortable.

Great salon both sky and Palace in atascadero Danny keeps both salons in tip top shape always updating decor and equipment. They do a great job i highly recommend them.

Made my 3 year old daughter and I wait 30min. Then told me my daughter was too small to sit in the kids chair after she had previously sat in it at her last appointment.So she had to sit in my lap while I got my pedicure and when they polished her nails!Ridiculous!I had a great experience here, now this.We will never give you guys our business again.

Beautiful, updated and clean salon. I had a deluxe pedicure there and it was very comfortable and Mary did a great job. I'm going back today for a manicure and bringing my husband for a pedicure.
