I've bought many products over the years from siteOne. Most recently I built an outdoor kitchen and bought a bunch of stacked stone. I finished my project and ended up with many unopened boxes of the stone. I tried to return it, but they said they don't accept returns. I really wish they had told me that up front. I would have purchased less, but went with the 20% overage standard. I asked them for the reason they couldn't accept the return and they just said they don't... $400+ I'm out. Not to mention that this is good product that someone else could use. What a waste. I even asked for store credit because I'm gonna need materials in the future. But maybe I'll find another source.

We wanted to give credit for some exceptional customer service I received at Site One Landscape Supply in Paso Robles. Lisa Carter was a joy to work with. She understood her product and went out of her way to find a particular paver for us. She made the experience enjoyable. We left with confidence that the paver chosen was the right one. The driver who delivered our pavers was amazing. David Martinez knows how to maneuver the forklift like no others. We were concerned because our driveway is rather steep. No problem for David even when it was a tight squeeze in some areas. Lisa and David--- A pure delight to work with.
