Had a excellent experience celebrating my birthday with the side car people. Made us feel part of a great outing. Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Would recommend this tour for everyone. Thanks for such a great time.

Well, I’d love to comment about how awesome our ride was that would’ve been my wife’s Mother’s Day gift. Only, at 830 the night before Mother’s Day when we were scheduled to take the 4 of us on a scenic tour as her gift..I get a text message saying ‘just heard we don’t have a driver, is there another day you can go?
We are traveling through town and this was her big gift and the whole day was planned out. So I asked if an earlier time would work, or any other times that day? I asked for a refund, I asked a lot of normal questions..and they ghosted me, they never even replied back trying to make it right.
Just, hey we messed up and let you book an open slot that wasn’t really open so we aren’t going to do your tour, peace out. That’s it?! No sorry, no how can we make it right? No nothing?!
They apparently do NOT care about their customers and this is such childish behavior for a business.
I would NOT recommend spending your money here, if you get to go on your ride you may have a different experience but this day they left me high and dry with zero communication after they stiffed us on Mother’s Day to now have to start all over and find something to do last minute.
This is no way to run a service based business, and I would go check out any of the other tours and companies that practice simple customer service as a quality they own.
I’ve asked multiple times via text and tried to call and while I know they’re receiving my texts they are ignoring the situation at this point. They don’t deserve your money. Terrible experience!!!
*****UPDATE: I had to process a chargeback to try and get my refund from the services they NEVER performed or intended to perform per their manager phone call - and now just because their fine print says NO REFUNDS - the bank was forced to let them keep the money. I have asked again that the owner do the right thing, and zero response.
I will be posting this review on all of their locations to help keep others from being burned and losing over $500 from this shady business. I'm sure they do a great job, IF you actually get to go, but otherwise they will ignore you, cancel your ride, keep your money, and not care at all about you as a customer. Terrible ownership, and terrible customer service!!

Called and emailed Sidecar Tours multiple times over four weeks. Left multiple voicemails and marked my final email as "high priority" with no response. Don't bother contacting them, as they don't feel a need to respond to inquiring customers.

Do not book with them. I showed up before my booked time. Waited over an hr and a half, called many times. No response. Couldn't leave a voice message bc theirs is full. Not once did they email me, message or call me if they where going to cancel. Yet on their policy they don't do refunds. Mine you, I booked this, weeks in advance so the money is already gone. The bar tender also tried calling them several times to no answer. So I'm taking this up with my bank. Your if you are this unprofessional when it comes to service, wasting ppls time and money, you should not be in business. I expect my full refund. If I could, this would be a zero stars.

I wish I could do zero stars. We are so disappointed. We arranged and received a confirmation reservation, and side car tours was a NO SHOW. We planned this for our best friends birthday.
We were to arrive at a winery, to where they even indicated this is a common situation with them.
After we were at the puck up location, and spoke with the owner, still did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation except send a text to schedule another ride!
No thanks! Steer clear from thus business. BTW-it was all prepaid, so we lost our money too.

My partner and I had a great time with our guide Geoff! 3 wineries, beautiful views, knowledgeable guide, and friendly folk! I highly recommend..

Not reliable. Don’t use this company.
One star is generous. They called to cancel on us 3 mins before our tour time. We were already at the starting vineyard and the girl there said this had been happening. We could not rebook because we were on vacation so not able to “just do your tour another day” as the guy suggested when he called to cancel. I had to call a week later as they had not processed the refund. Finally I disputed the charge with credit card company because SideCar did not answer the phone or return call.

6 of us went to celebrate October birthdays, and it was awesome! Everyone had a great time. Isaac, Greg, and Geoff were our drivers. They did a fantastic job showing us the sights as we drove down the road and vineyards. We are in talks of repeating this adventure in the Spring. Isaac was my driver, and we rode on the Dora bike. He was patient was us older ladies and we appreciated his warm, gentle personality. We hope to give Sidecar Tours a whirl in another city very soon!

Showed up on time after traveling 9 hours by train. They called us at the exact start time letting us know they didn’t have any drivers. Don’t bother with this place unless your a local and can just go back home with no loss.

Had a terrific time with Jamie (J-man). He was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We opted for the video and so glad we did. The short clip was a perfect way to show friends and family how much fun it was.

Our three stop sidecar experience was so incredibly fun. Our driver was Jeff and he was great! He took us through the vineyards and took great photos for us. He even pulled over and let us walk the vineyards and eat grapes right off the vines. The entire time was amazing. His driving was exciting while still feeling safe. I would recommend this experience to everyone, even if you are from the area.

Had so much fun!! The sights are beautiful and no better way to take them in than a sidecar! The drivers were friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. What an amazing time!

GREAT TIME!We did a two stop tour, beginning at Bianchi winery (all tours start and end here unless you do a custom tour) and Opolo. Our guide Nomad was tops!I would, without a doubt, do this again but next time make it custom and hit some wineries and olive oil tasting.
