I had the most amazing experience with Sesloc/Paso Branch Mgr. Sandra Bautista-Floyd. Simply because I am a long time Sesloc customer Sandra went way above and beyond to solve the disastrous problem Goldman Sachs/mancus caused me. I had been trying to close/transfer a C.D. acct. since Nov. 22,2023!!! For 2 1/2 mos. I have delt with one incompetent, flunkey Goldman Sachs employee after another. 15 different phone calls, a dispute claim filed and still my money was floating around in the internet abyss Sandra knew the money wasn't going to end up at Sesloc yet she helped me regardless. With one phone call from Sandra---Firm, Direct, don't give me any B.S. the problem was solved. She even managed to uncover/confirm the secret pass code from Goldman Sachs from my phone- a flip phone I am certain is older than Sandra is. One call from Sandra and the transfer was complete. Every attempt I had made since Nov. 22, 2023 failed. Since pandemic service is a thing of the past- Not so with Sandra Thank You Young Lady Wendy Stormes

I have a business account and can not process payments for my day, this sets me and my business back every-time this happens. The website is consistently down and it would be nice if I could get ahold of a person right now, but they do not have support after 6pm. This is very inconvenient for someone trying to run a business.SESLOC “ the bank with the funny name and inconsistent service”

Sesloc is the best! I will never bank anywhere else. I most often visit the Paso and Atascadero branch offices and occasionally the main SLO branch. I have never felt like a number or nameless face transacting here. These people are our neighbors! Professional, friendly, and expedient. Not to mention all of the great local community programs that Sesloc supports. A favorite of mine is the local 4H kids funding program. I get a special sense of community banking here. Shout out to Jared Maxwell in the home office for the excellent treatment and loan education! Thank Y'all! Happy Holidays to ya.

I have been a customer for 30 years at Sesloc. They have been very unhelpful recently with their services. Do not deal with these people on an international basis. They have left me no choice except to schedule a trip to the US and withdraw my money and put it in another bank. I can not update my credit/debit card no matter what I do or how many phone calls I make. I have no access to my money at this point and am in a foriegn country. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix this to no avail. Save yourself the grief and particularly if you are an international customer its better to find another bank.

Drive through takes about 30 minutes to cash one check Inside no better Tellers try but management a hindrance He walks around doing nothing to assist tellers or customers Only reason I remain a member is to use the ATM When given time will move elsewhere

This credit union has been getting worse and worse. No business bill Pay on mobile devices Hours were cut and terrible waits at the drive thru "due to covid". Try calling about an issue you cannot talk to a local person. Today we went to get a document notarized. Because hey they are finally open at the Paso Robles branch. If it is not a sesloc document they refuse to do it. I was told it has been over a year. Like I should have known better I suppose. (Weren't they just closed for over a year?) Before they would do it and charge. So they will lose a loyal business and personal account customer because they are too lazy to pull out their notary book (which they obviously have but only for SESLOC documents). I recommend AVOID this place. They could care less if they have your business

Years ago, my father purchased a Travel Trailer and used Sesloc to finance the purchase. At the time, we were given the option to purchase a life insurance policy, to pay off the loan if my father died. I chose to purchase the policy myself, as my dad was ill. I paid for it in full, I was the beneficiary. When my dad died, Sesloc told me they would not honor the policy. And wanted me to pay for the trailer if I wanted to keep it. I fought for a long time, but eventually gave up, as the fees and interest stacked up. Once the trailer was available to them, they abandoned it. Like what the hell. I wanted it. I will go out of my way for life, to make sure, people think twice about using Sesloc. Its not the same place it was when Bert was in charge.

Unfortunately in recent years, actually since Bertha F. retired, the customer service has tanked. The employees are great. However the organization has chosen to model themselves after large corporations. I enjoy the new online services, it is a necesity these days. However prior to COVID it was increasingly impossible to get a hold of a person to help with problems. After 2 hours of computer prompts, 3rd party answering service, and multiple transfers, I still do not have my problem resolved. A simple stop payment on a check, that used to take 10 minutes. Sesloc, you have forgotten who you are and what made you successful. If I wanted to talk to computers and answering services I would have gone with a national bank.

Just had wonderful customer service from Victoria in drive thru. She was very professional and so darn nice. She took the time to ask me about my day with such a sweet demeanor. I am also in customer service business so I notice when there's a good one and she's a keeper

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They'd rather do what's convenient for them rather than what's good for the customer.They closed their lobby due to c-19 BUT Atascadero lobby is open. I guess the virus is more catchy in Paso? What's the difference?Nope- I'm done.I would NOT SUGGEST YOU OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT THERE or keep the one you have if you have one there either.
