I had the pleasure of dealing with Gwendolyn as my service advisor. I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service! Gwendolyn went above and beyond to assist me during my recent visit. Not only did she provide me with top-notch advice and guidance, but she also took the time to take detailed photos to ensure I fully understood the service process. Her dedication to making sure I was well-informed and comfortable was truly remarkable.In all my experiences with dealerships, I've never encountered a service writer who went to such lengths to help a customer. My 2023 Kia Niro hybrid stopped working three weeks into a four year lease by simply stopping in the middle of the road. I brought it in and my car was in the shop with little communication for two weeks. I just picked it up and there are a bunch of random parts just sitting on the floor of the backseat. So far, this has been a pretty exhausting experience.

I called other Kia dealerships , but was not successful at getting the deal I wanted. I went to my hometown Kia dealership and got the deal I wanted . Under new ownership. I didn't start with my hometown dealership , because I went there about 8 months ago , walked away because I couldn't get the deal I wanted. New ownership made the difference. Satisfied customer.

Wow. This place is under new management and ownership I believe and you can tell. As a Paso native, I like to see these kinds of teams coming in and starting up businesses that are about good customer service. We just bought a new vehicle and we are impressed to say the least. Glad to have crossed paths with these guys and ill be back again.

Don't go here!!!. I went to look at a car , The NEW sales manager pushed me into applying even though I said I didn't want to. I applied they looked at my car the other guy didn't want anything to do w my trade in . Then they wanted a ridiculous amount down and per month. "Dont worry , we're new so we don't wanna turn anyone down. " then I applied and haven't heard NOTHING!!! from them since. I call back and Im treated like they never heard of me.If this is how your new ownership is I don't want anything do with it. Freaking ridiculous

I am super impressed with Paso Robles Kia. My best car buying experience ever; and I've purchased 7 various new cars over the years. Justin and James insured that the ordering, purchasing, and receipt of my brand new 2020 Telluride, 3.5 years ago, was smooth and simple.Since the delivery of my new Telluride they've both excelled in assuring that their service and my satisfaction is paramount. I have been researching for days and was initially going to Santa Maria Kia. I am soo glad I went with my gut and called paso Kia for more info. I worked with Andrew and James and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the whole purchase! Thank you soo much for all your help!

If you are elderly, perhaps infirmed or disabled and on a tight budget....... You might want to consider going elsewhere. I am so disappointed that in my view these people tried to take advantage of my mother in law who fits the above description. They were not happy when my wife showed up in person to question the quotes (two separate quotes). The term BUYER BEWARE should be displayed on the door In large bold letters. Though I always support our local businesses, the ethics of this Kia dealership are reprehensible.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my wife and I had with Kia, specifically concerning our 2020 Kia Sorrento. It is crucial for you to be aware of the way we were treated and the numerous shortcomings we encountered during this ordeal.We embarked on a road trip from Sacramento to Paso Robles with great excitement, as we had chosen our Kia Sorrento, which had only clocked around 28,000 miles, to accompany us on this much-anticipated vacation. Our journey started smoothly, but our enthusiasm quickly turned into distress when our vehicle unexpectedly began to overheat on the way to a winery in Paso Robles.Fortunately, we contacted Kia, and they promptly arranged for a tow truck to transport our vehicle. However, our hopes for a swift resolution were shattered when we discovered that the Kia service center in Paso Robles was closed for the weekend. In a bind and with limited options, we had no choice but to take our car to Big Brand Tire for diagnosis, not knowing if the problem was as simple as a coolant issue or something more serious.The Big Brand Tire diagnostic revealed a broken radiator. Since the car was still under warranty, we took it to the Kia Dealership in Paso Robles for repairs. This is where our experience took a turn for the worse.Despite our expectations that the dealership would assist us promptly and efficiently, we were met with an unhelpful staff that failed us on every level. We requested a service car for the weekend, considering the circumstances, but our plea was met with unwavering refusal. They insisted that a diagnosis from the service center was required before offering any assistance, disregarding the fact that it was closed due to the weekend. Left with no feasible alternatives, we asked if they could arrange a rental car, only to discover that all rental facilities in the vicinity were closed, except for the San Luis Obispo airport, which was a considerable distance away.In a last-ditch effort to reach the airport, we implored the dealership for a ride, as no taxis or ride-sharing services were available in the area. Shockingly, not a single member of the dealership's staff was willing to provide us with transportation. Fortunately, a kind woman who happened to be considering purchasing a Kia intervened and offered to help us. It was through her assistance that we were able to reach the airport and salvage what was left of our vacation.This entire experience has left us utterly disillusioned and dissatisfied with Kia and the Paso Robles dealership. The treatment we received was far from what we expected, particularly during a time when the dealership had the opportunity to shine and provide exceptional customer service. Instead, we felt abandoned and disheartened by the brand we had trusted.Kia did not even provide us with a rental car to enable us to travel back to Paso Robles and retrieve our Sorrento. Considering the circumstances surrounding the vehicle's radiator failure, we believed that was a reasonable expectation.We were disappointed and dismayed at the failure of Kia and the Paso Robles dealership to meet our expectations, especially regarding a certified pre-owned vehicle that should not have experienced radiator problems in such a short time.

The KIA dealership in Paso Robles was awesome! The salesman, Harold was so nice and the finance guy, James was so understanding. I really appreciated the ease of everything and the speedy results. Thank you!! It was a great experience and one of the smoothest car buys I've had. You guys are great!

Had a wonderful experience at Kia Paso Robles. Harold the sales consultant was friendly and answered all my questions. He made the process of buying my car a lot easier as he was so helpful. Great honest and friendly staff. Would definitely drive 2 hours to this dealership again!
