Jacque , owner of Salon Roux, is the best! The hair dressers are exceptional. Hair and beauty product are top of the line. I have been a satisfied customer for many years! Jacque helped me with the Jane Iredale make up and facial care products. She found me my perfect make up color, great products for my dry skin, and showed me how to use each product. Can't give enough praise for the expert cut/style I had with Edward!! I've long searched for "that" stylist that understands how to layer my long, thicker, and a lot of, hair without it looking puffy or bulky. He expertly corrected a previous cut and has now given me a game plan moving forward as the length regrows. Thank you, Edward!!

I have been coming to Salon Roux for years and my hair stylist Lauren is AMAZING!! I have very thick, long hair (and am kind of picky about my hair and don't always know how to communicate what I want), but Lauren always delivers. She uses her skills to transform my hair into lightweight, wispy-ended, California lived-in magic. I recently had her chop my hair into a lob and give me highlights, and her work is just impeccable. I don't trust anyone else to touch this mane and can't recommend Lauren enough!Services: Balayage

Sharing because my girlfriend was too sweet to say anything. A stylist by the name of Cinnamon botched her usual color and style so bad she came home crying. It’s been over a year since she went to get her hair done here and still complains about the outcome today. She hasn’t let anyone else touch her hair since because the fear of paying upwards of $500 for someone to damage her hair past repair.(not to mention there was an upcoming wedding) otherwise the place and owner was nice but would never recommend this specific stylist.

Guys, this place isn't only for gals. I've been getting my hair cut by Josh L. for several years. I get the best cut. He has lots of men clients, as do other stylists. Location is great; just park right beside or in front; never a problem. And prices are competitive, not sky high. Highly recommended by this dude.

This is the salon to go to! Upscale, beautiful interior, and I love that it's on Pine Street; close to downtown but off the beaten path enough that parking and accessibility is no problem. And they are located right next to Vivant cheese shop! Edward is AMAZING. I had the hair horror story, that one where your last stylist cut it 6" too short, destroyed your style, and you spent the next 8 months growing it out without a single trim? Yep, that's what he had to contend with for my hair cut. I have very thick hair and it was an overgrown mop. I loved that as a new client the front desk directed me to their website to fill out an intake form, where I got to answer questions about what I was looking for, what my hair was like, etc. Then you get matched with a stylist and you make your appointment through them. Needless to say, I was matched with my perfect stylist. Edward brought me to the chair, took ample time to play with and get to know my hair, talk through what I was looking for, I showed him an inspo pic of what I was going for, and he cut it perfectly! Thinned it all out in just the right way, gave me the feathered layers I love, and even styled it the way I would style it, according to the inspo pic. I can now rest easy knowing I'm in good hands and have found my regular salon!

I regularly visit Amy to take care of my waxing needs. She is fantastic! I have also had my hair done by Lauren and was very pleased with the results! The shop is so cute with lots of wonderful things for sale. The entire staff is friendly! I definitely recommend Salon Roux to anyone!
