Wonderful helpful friendly staff at this ROSS store, but the clothing selection is not NEARLY as great as it used to be.?

Convenient location off 101 at Theater Dr. There are other popular stores in this shopping center. Ample parking with handicap parking and access. Store is neat, clean abd organized. Restrooms and fitting rooms are located in the back of the store. There's a single wait line at the checkout station. Overhead signs are posted for each dept. We found a couple of items. The wait was minimal at checkout. London the cashier was great very friendly, courteous and efficient.

Trying to enjoy my Saturday morning with a coffee before coming to Ross and as I walked through the door I was told I can’t be inside with my coffee? Like what? There are no signs with no outside food or drinks so I can only assume the worst as why I was asked to leave…

Ross is VERY Hit or Miss but that's one of the things I love about it. Sometimes I find ZERO and sometimes I score BIG TIME! And the low prices! Our local Ross in Capitola is clean and well organized and maintained. I've never had a problem there.

I was greeted by two people when I came in which was awesome. I found a pair of cute cheetah print knee high boots which were misplaced in the wrong size. I almost bought them but then saw that they were a size 9 and not a six lol. I tried them on and they felt nice on my legs and foot but I could tell they were too big. I also saw that one of my ex high school Spanish student was working here. She smiled at me and I smiled back. It was a good experience even though I didn't end up buying the boots there since they were in the wrong size. I was able to get the style name though and found them online. They were on sale for 39.99 so very good value. I have bought day of the dead decorations here previously. I think the new management is better here than at other Ross stores.

Ross is my off, and on, friend. Generally, I like "him". Sure, they still have lots of packaged cookies, coffees, liquid hand soap, colognes, jewelry, and kitchenware...all at a fraction of what you would find elsewhere. Service is good, but scarce on the floor. Worth a trip? Maybe. I've seen better. Man up, Ross. C'mon. Location specific: Paso Robles, CA ============================ It's not the worst of Ross's, but its pretty low on the scale. At least it was kept neat and clean. * They have late hours, so that's good -- open until 10pm. * It's a small store, in particular, a very small amount of men's and shoe inventory. Plus, what they had was low-end items. * Parking is aplenty * In a pinch, come.
