Dr. Harp is a very caring and professional vet. He took such good care of my 2 mini Dachshunds. As they grew older they had many serious health issues and Dr. Harp did everything he could to take care of them and keep them comfortably living until it was their time to go. He was very caring through the transition as I had to let them both cross. I like this veterinary hospital so much. The staff have been great as well. I will actually miss Dr. Harp and staff. If I ever get another animal I will definately go back to Dr. Harp. Thank You for all you've done for my babies through the years.

I could not recommend this vet more. The people were all incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and solved our problems quickly. She also went and got a 2nd opinion from the other vet, which I really appreciate. What a great person.OK Now the best part. My dog got 4 meds, I was fully expecting to pay $600+ like I would at my old vet. NOT HERE $230 and change! For the first time in forever I feel like I got honest, no upsell vet treatment. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you!!

Dr. Harp and his team are amazing. We have an elderly cat that was born with so many health issues. She is treated as though she is their only patient. We are carefully guided on her care. The front office staff members are so friendly and professional both in person or on the phone. We get the best care always. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate this team. Dr. Harp and Amy have helped our baby and carefully explain treatment options. We are so thankful for this wonderful vet group.

All of the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Our last visit we found a 2 week old kitten in the road and they were able to get me in the me next day to make sure he was fine and let me know the steps to take with him!

We have taken our animals to this veterinary for many years. Most recent visit was to euthanize our family dog unfortunately. Our entire family was there and completely devastated to watch our dog go. However it did take the vet several attempts to find a vein to inject our dog to which I asked the vet, “is the needle in”. Apparently this provoked the vet as we are permanently banned due to that specific comment, we were putting our dog down! Very disheartening and disappointing to be treated as such after being so loyal and trusting to this establishment.

Wow, this place has really changed in the last 6 months. Customer service has gone downhill, the staff that answer the phones are flippant and are very clear that you can take it or leave it, no longer open on Saturdays, and have weekdays with no doctors so there is room to accommodate an appt in the next day or two for urgent but not life threatening conditions. This was our favorite veterinarian clinic for years due to their compassion and excellent veterinarian coverage... no longer true ?

PRVC has been taking care of our fur babies for the past 20+ years since Dr. Loretta Potts owned the clinic. The compassion and professionalism has carried through the new owners. We highly recommend this clinic for your pet care.

I have a 6 pound kitten, very lovable and timid. He would always lay on top of my chest and interact with me and my girlfriend. He was sick one day and I brought him here. It took two “vets” to diagnose him. He is six pounds, they grabbed him like he was a fully grown cat, and shoved his head into their table so he didn’t run, and manhandled him in various other ways that I can’t get into here. They made him so afraid that he won’t come out and lay on us like he used to. After the appointment, the two men said “your cat is just sickly and we can’t do anything about it.” After everything was done, the total came out to $200. $200? For what? My cat won’t even look at me anymore, and you couldn’t even diagnose him. They couldn’t do anything, except tell me he was sick. And my cat hates me now. Thanks a lot.

As I write this, I am still shaking from my phone conversation with Miss Delaney, Office Manager. It feels wrong to give Dr. Jim 1 Star, as he has done a great job with spaying and neutering my kitten litter these past couple of weeks. Professional and clean, the office appears at first glance to be a great place. Look a little closer folks... The Front Desk Staff is apparently, like many places right now, training new people and there are cracks that occur. That being said, I had some "confusion" with my girl kittens getting spayed. The males were done efficiently, and, that in itself was amazing in this time of "under staffed and over worked" excuses. I went to this clinic because they simply had openings at the time frame I required. This isn't even my vet of choice, and now, it is just a place I would never recommend. The confusion I speak of is when I made the appointment for the females cats, I was told that it would go as it did with the males. An appointment on an afternoon for a check up, then a stay over, with surgery the next morning. I called about a week out to confirm and there was a lot of stammering and I was put on hold. Only to find out that the appointment was just a preliminary, and that they would then schedule the spays, which could be weeks out. This was upsetting because it was not what I was told at the office when I set this up. Enter Delaney. She told me that the office was training new people, and that this was a miscommunication, that surgery does not happen on Wednesdays, etc. However, Dr. Jim must have approved it, and we went forward with the plan, with the possibility of surgery one day later, but all with one visit. I was fine with that. We had a great conversation that I would not called "heated". But rather she came across as doing her job. That job is customer service. It sometimes comes with stress and particularly when dealing with pets and their health. It's your job dear. When I picked the girls up, the front desk gal gave me the run down about the "E" collar and a 14 day recovery. I was obviously thrown off again by a "Miscommunication"...seems to happen often at this office. First off, I had never heard the cone referred to as an "E" collar, so I was like WTF? I literally thought they meant electric collar. These days E stands for electric. But now I see that it stood for Elizabethan Collar ... honest mistake. Anyway, I became somewhat agitated and asked to speak with someone, again Delaney, Office Manager extraordinaire. She was curt but clear that the collar is my choice, and the recovery is dependent on the cat but can be a much faster process. Back to the gal checking us out at the front desk. I want to say this must be the infamous "Gina" of Yelp fame. My Gina, how many people have you pissed off? You're a Yelp phenom! I am guessing that she just didn't like my adamant desire to get to the bottom of my pets aftercare, and that whatever I was told may or may not apply now, and that I should pay up, and shut up so she must have put her foot down on me being axed from the office..... Hey Gina, "I'm the customer!" I had every right to have a cleared understanding, as well as be told what I originally was rather than a whole other story. I was not "heated" however today, instead of calling to check on the kittens after surgery, I was told to take my business elsewhere that I wasn't a good fit for them Uh, sorry you aren't firing me deary. I am a paying customer who was given the runaround by Gina and her band of untrained staff. I've never been asked to take my business elsewhere, especially when the important part of this is pet care, it's not about me. These kittens need a second vaccination and they told me to basically stick it you know where. I have to laugh because now that I see these other reviews, it all makes sense. Dr. Jim, I'd suggest you take these front staff girls into a nice little meeting and rip them a part. Unless you want
