I bought a used truck from them as well as their Protective warranty. I called to have my truck serviced because of a headlight issue. I live 46 miles from this dealer so I asked to bring it to the sister dealer that is closer and I couldn't due to the contract even though it's the same owner. So I understand and I drop my truck off for 2 days and finally get a call saying they can't fix it because the headlights they sold me are aftermarket. So I call the Protective warranty agent and Chevy didn't even call them to verify this. What good is a warranty if you can't use it. Especially on something that's a safety hazard. They should at least make it right since they sold it to me that way.

My salesman was Santos and was not pushy. Santos was very honest and forthcoming with any issues or disclaimers through the process. He was very informative through text and by phone. I needed a wheel cover for my Chevy Spark. So I ordered one thru their parts dept. It only took a couple of days to come in and I asked them if they could put it in for me. I know it's probably a simple task, but I'm an elderly widow and it would be hard for me. So when I picked up the part, they accompanied me to the service dept where they promptly put it on for me at no charge. They were all so nice at this dealership. I will definitely go back there for all my car needs. Thanks everyone at PR Chevrolet. I really appreciate all of you!

I went to Ford Paso Robles, Mulley, and then chevy paso robles. I was let down, my credit was ran 22 times, with no avail. I totalled my car an had no vehicle. I went to chevy hopeless on getting a vehicle and SANTOS literally saved the day. I am a foster mom with 4 children in my home. I couldnt be with out a car. Santos leaned my situation and him and his manager came to the best solutions to help me not only get into a vehicle, but the vehicle I really wanted. In 24 hours I had my dream truck. Santos did everything in his power to assist me with the best options and they honored the payment I was able to and wanted to make and the down payment. I left the other places feeling robbed with no care and concern. Paso Chevy is the #1 auto sales in this county hands down. I will never go anywhere else.! Thank you Santos and moises and the manager there!

This is review is long overdue. After months of searching for a truck, I finally found one on Autotrader. Only problem it was 3.5 hrs away, so it wasn't as easy as just stopping by to inspect the truck.I called and was immediately connected to the sales rep Santos. From here, he guided me through the entire process of buying the truck. I really appreciate the step by step thorough inspection process he provided too since I was not able to physically inspect the truck. He confirmed with his service dept the truck had no prior history of damages or repairs based on their inspection, and having this confirmation along with a clean Carfax report pretty much sold the deal.About a week or so went by and after all the inspection report and price negotiation, we made reservations to go buy the truck. Given this was during the height of Covid, Santos and his team ensured we conducted our transaction safely while abiding to all Covid safety rules. We were even given 1/4 of the sales floor to sign docs. Here we are a year later. I pulled a Carfax report to get an estimate of my truck, and it appears a "Structural Damage" report was added after I bought the truck. I was freaking out, like damn did they pull a fast one on me. I called back and spoke to the manager Bruce whom ensured me that there had to be a mistake on Carfax's end. I also spoke to Santos whom also confirmed the info on Carfax must have been incorrect.I reached out to Carfax and discovered there was an internal error on their end. They ended up removing the erroneous structural damage report.Long story short, the service Santos provided from the beginning went above and beyond. Bruce the manager was really helpful in regards reassuring me the damage report was erroneous and assisted to help if Carfax couldn't. For all of this, I wanted write here and express my gratitude and say thank you.

Great dealership offering reasonable prices & great service! A lot of the dealerships in the Bay like to try and play games, especially with the car production shortage. I was fortunate enough to get a car from Paso Robles Chevy, where the sales consultant, Santos, was super friendly & able to be upfront & honest over the phone before going into the dealership. I really appreciated that, and he was able to find me a Chevy Bolt without having put in a custom order within just a day of me calling. The process was really smooth once I got there, and he had the car detailed & prepared right out front upon our arrival. We hopped in, took a test drive, & got the paperwork done! He passed us over to Mario, the finance manager, who got everything prepared quickly & thoroughly explained everything we were signing! All in all, easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I'd definitely recommend coming here to purchase a car, even if you have to take a little road trip to get here! It is a pretty drive

I was looking for a Chevy Bolt. This car is high in demand due to ongoing government rebates and low supply. The other dealerships around Bay area and sacramento have been marking up at least 2K to 5K. This is the only dealership which I found very genuine and customer friendly. I finally bought my car from this dealership.Thanks a lot to Santos and his finance manager. Really appreciate your support and help me getting the car i wanted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLZ. Biggest nightmare and refusal to help. They gave us a check that bounced, sales person let me know how women should be home and pregnant, and still no help with an issue we have because their service department can't fix it and Honda in Atown won't return a call. I asked for a bow for Ajs new car just for a picture and the salesman laughed at me and said really as he stood next to a pile of them and he didn't care, he was more worried about getting out of there than anything and it was evident. Once he made the sale, he could give a shit about anything else. Liars and scammers. Sad thing is that they will comment how concerned they are or fight accusations on this post I'm sure. just avoid this place!!!!

This is where my experience isn't so good. That 2021 Tahoe Premier I was so excited for only has 18,000 miles and has electrical problems. Collision light came on in my car and due to that adaptive cruise control, lane assist and a couple other things do not work because of it. The Tahoe has been in the shop for a week now and they still can't figure it out. Not very happy with the service department and their explanations on as to why this is happening. I love making a car payment on a car I can't drive and that is new as well! They also had the car for a couple days several months ago for recalls. Same thing, couldn't figure it out and we're waiting for help from the manufacturer. I'd gladly redeem my opinion if I get my car back asap with a legit reason why my car has literally just been sitting and the troubleshooting techniques are basically one thing per day. This doesn't work, we ordered it and now have to wait until tomorrow.... Bla bla bla. I have to continually call to get updates and as of last Friday, nobody called me for an update and I could not even get anyone in the service department to answer. Nice!

My SUV had some trouble with the transmission and they were able to get me in immediately to repair the issue. Their communication was great and I felt like I was in the loop the whole time. I was confident I was not getting "ripped off," and that nothing was going to be done without my approval first. The waiting area in the dealership was immaculately clean.

Such a great truck buying experience. We were in town on vacation and saw a Silverado on their site which looked exactly like what we wanted. We had been looking on all the online vehicle sites, but no trucks have been available anywhere. We stopped by, loved the truck, traded in our car, and set up financing. All of it was incredibly simple, courtesy of Moises and Mitch. Their service team did a great job getting the vehicle ready for us. Just a fantastic car buying experience.
