Terrible bank with zero loyalty. Banks are hard to leave because everything gets tied to them, and it takes time to establish. This bank treats you like a new customer, even after 10 years of being a customer and multiple accounts.

Carrie helped me with some legal problems related to a trust while my Mom was hospitalized. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and even made a trip to notarize my Mom's signature at the rehab center. Carrie was a gift that day!!

To be clear... I've been with the bank since back when it was HoB... so Ive stuck with them thru all the ridiculousness of mergers. I dont like this branch, I prefer South River, but this one happened to be closer. I lost my wallet and needed to get cash to carry me over until I can find it. I go thru the drive thru and send up a check to cash the woman snaps "you need to send up a license" I explain the situation and offer to answer any question. She snaps "we dont do that" to which I reply yes you do (because I have done it, multiple times). She huffs, and tells me shes getting her manager. Manager comes they have a conversation. And she sends me the money. I ask "do you want me to answer security questions" and she responds, still in the snappy tone "no, i dont need you to answer security questions, what would I even ask you?" And then walks away from the window. This is the rudest Ive encountered but rude seems to be a trend here in general. And between the rudeness the closure of another branch, and the constant downed ATMs Im close to just calling it and moving on to another bank.

Rarely a good experience. Most of the workers are miserable and unwelcoming. Its a negative environment. Customer service is not a strong focus. They clearly do not have the skills required to work with people. Handling money is not the only part of the job that matters!

I am so fed up with this bank. I attempted to have a court ordered checked drawned from my own account. The teller refused to comply with the court order and brought her supervisor in to back her up. I explained that I have been able to do this for over 20 years and the supervisor claimed that I was mistaken as she has been there for five years and they would not ever been able to complete this transaction and I would have to have the court deal with their legal department. Both ladies were rude and refused to even open my account to verify that I have been able to have this transaction completed for over 20 years. exactly like I was attempting to do today. I am going to have my attorney deal with this bank and hopefully be able to close all my accounts there before my next accounting. Three days after I submitted this review the banks executive manager contacted me and apologized for the rude way I was treated and that he would handle my court order himself. I met with him today and he took care of everything including assuring me that the rude behavior from the supervisor would be dealt with. I am totally satisfied now and appreciate the professional manner in which the manager dealt with this transaction. I will not close my accounts now and hope I don't have to deal with the rude supervisor in the future.

Tried getting a ppp loan. I was told you have to have an account with the bank to start an application. So Teri was very helpful to get me started. After about a week of waiting I emailed on the 9 th of April to see how it was going. She tells me that the application has been pulled and they are overwhelmed with all the applications. I call today and she tells me that I never even applied for the loan. Super disappointed with this crap. Worst service ever. They suck!!!!

I isn't too often these days when you can truly feel like you bank cares about you and your business. We have had accounts at many local banks as we have a large family and roots in our community. Over the last few years, we have walked away from financial institutions that we have been with for many years as those financial institutions may still BE in our hometown but they ARE NOT hometown in any other way any more. They don't know your name, treat you like a number, and act put-out if you need assistance. One bank we have stayed with for over 20 years, is Heritage Oaks bank, now Pacific Premier Bank. Although most of the wonderful people that made up Heritage Oaks have retired or moved on, Teri Elmore is still a face we are happy to see when we do our business. She continues to treat us in the friendly and professional way that made us choose Heritage Oaks bank years ago. Teri's warm can-do attitude keep us at this bank. She encourages her staff to be friendly and efficient as she is. Thank you, Teri, for keeping our business!

Have had a personal account with Pacific Premier Bank and really like the service provided. Always friendly. I recently opened a business account there, too, and couldn’t be happier. Kristen set up everything for me; very easy process and she is awesome; super nice, prompt and professional...an excellent rep of the bank. I highly recommend PPB.
