It's a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, but marred by poor service.I stayed here in December with my pup. This is a very dog-friendly place; I saw at least a dozen different doggies here, ranging from screechy hamster-sized to noble Great Dane, but, as you already know, none were prettier than my Wee Baby Ava. My room had a mini-kitchen complete with stovetop, which I never used. The full-sized fridge was nice, for sometimes in wine country you just want a beer. The room itself was super well maintained, with nary a scuff mark nor former occupant's hair to be found within. I either got a not-usually-dog-friendly room, or they clean really, really well between canines. This was much unlike the next hotel I stayed at; Sideways Inn Buellton, I'm talkin bout you.The furnishings were whimsical without being tacky, and the chairs around the small dining table, if you look closely enough, have a fabric pattern made out of dad jokes. You know what you call a boomerang that doesn't come back? Well, now you do: it's called a stick. And you know what else doesn't come back? A guest who had to deal with:Housekeeping, or lack thereof. I'd asked 3 times for housekeeping on the second day here and didn't get any. There's a $39 per night pet fee which is supposed to include daily housekeeping -- see pic. I confirmed it on check-in, re-requested on my way out in the morning, and returned after dark to find my wet towels and breakfast dishes. The front desk dispatched a non-housekeeping employee to do a rudimentary job. The same exact thing happened the next day. Breakfast: It's complimentary, and sparse after 8AM. One day there were half hour waits for omlettes, no more bagels, no more sausage, and no more juice glasses, which quickly led to no more coffee cups. Day two again featured lengthy waits for anything fresh-made, but at least there was breakfast meat and one bagel, with the daily shortage being forks. Getting around: There is only one elevator for this whole five-story hotel, including service employees. The only stairs lead to the exterior. Budget your time accordingly.Reminding guests to clean up after their dogs: There empty fields on two sides of the hotel, which are heavily mined the closer you get to the hotel. Ewww. Straighten a few things out, Oxford: resolve the housekeeper, cook, conveyance, and utensil shortages, and you might have a repeat customer.

I loved this place so much. The beds were comfortable, the decor was a blend of tasteful and whimsy that made me almost forget I wasn't at home. Two minor quibbles: one slow elevator for the whole place, and the free eggs at breakfast were... not great, but neither of those was a deal breaker, and I'll search for Oxford properties where I can in the future.

Our second stay at this superior hotel! Love the complimentary light dinner and cocktail. Plus cooked breakfast options! The rooms are spacious, stylish and sleek. Nice extra touches in room like separate soaking tub from shower and sitting area even in a 2 queen bed room.Nearby activities: Handy location to Paso wineries and right off the freeway

Super clean room with spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet. There was a complimentary happy hour and full breakfast that was phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.Nearby activities: The central park area was a short drive away. Once we were done exploring the area and having dinner it was a quick trip back to the hotel. Very convenient.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had at a property in years. The food was fresh and delicious. Coffee was fantastic. The free happy hour was a nice place to start for an evening out in Paso Robles.

Our stay at Oxford Suites was outstanding! The hotel is super clean and looks new, and the service we received was everything we could've hoped for. We were pleasantly surprised to find out breakfast is free and that each guest who books through the hotel website directly receives free drinks and appetizers at the hotel lobby bar. Not only that, but we were also happy to find out there is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel that could take us anywhere within a 6 mile radius from the hotel. Thank you to Jeff, the driver who dropped us off, for all of your knowledgeable tips about Paso Robles and for the amazing service! All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We would recommend this hotel time and time again!

This is a great find! The room was clean, modern, and very spacious and the same is true for the bathroom. You had both a standalone shower and a separate bathtub. The amenities were great - breakfast and happy hour included. There was also a free shuttle for any place within a 5 mile radius. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Best of all, this place is super dog friendly. And if you have an EV, there are three charging stations. The proximity to downtown is wonderful too! You get a lot of great value and convenience here. When we come back to Paso Robles, we'll be staying here again.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our California road trip and it was the perfect stop. The staff at the hotel were very kind, and we were offered a free appetizer and glass of wine upon arrival. This hotel is aesthetically very pleasing. The vibe that this hotel gives is a modern-industrial-chic one and is decorated with beautiful statement decor and furniture. We thought that the jokes written on the fabric of the chairs in our room were so fun, the green velvet couch in our room was so nice and comfortable, and we especially loved that the tub and stand up shower were separate. The finishing design choices are the perfect touches giving it a higher end feel, such as the hexagon floor tiles, and the wood looking tiles in the elevator. I could go on about the aesthetic as I loved it all and thought it was extremely well done. Parking at this hotel is free, and there was also a complimentary breakfast. We loved the fact that you could order eggs or omelettes made fresh, and also have access to the buffet style breakfast-it was very good! If we were ever in the area again I would stay at this hotel again!

I have stayed at other Oxford. This, by far, is the best I have been to. Great service at the front desk. Received complimentary drink. The bartender was very friendly and enjoyed the conversations. Recommended a restaurant to try, which I did go to. From the front of house to the rooms, the decor was spot on.Rooms: Had the 1 bedroom suite. Very clean and comfortable bed.Nearby activities: Close to downtown with several eateries.Walkability: DowntownFood & drinks: Breakfast was enjoyable. Full bar and restaurant/bistro.

What a pleasurable stay! We usually stay at another hotel during our bi-monthly visit. I think the Oxford Suites is our new go-to hotel. The location is perfect! Hotel accommodations were modern, clean, and the staff so welcoming. We were very impressed with Will the bartender who was quite the host!

Great accommodations! Very comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff. Newer hotel with nice amenities. I would change these things: lighting is led bright and should be warm. Very unnerving. Scent in the elevators that hang up in corners is awful! Unatural fragrance harms your lungs and is outlawed in some countries. Lots of people are very sensitive to this.

Best place I ever stayed in. Spotless, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with everything you could need. Very friendly staff. Walking distance from downtown filled with great variety of shops and restaurants. Most comfortable and supportive beds I ever slept in at a hotel. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to Paso Robles plenty of times but never had an experience like the one Oxford suites provided me. They have exceptional service and all the details like the drinks or the bday cake in my room did not go unnoticed. The absolute best time and will definitely be booking with them every time I
