I filled up with gas early morning and unknowingly dropped my wallet on the ground. It was several hours before I noticed while in a neighboring town. Retracing my steps I called and yes, my wallet had been turned in to the cashier and was safe with her. I offered a financial reward and she declined saying, "It's just what we do." My deepest thanks to the individual who turned it in and the staff at One Stop for their integrity and goodness. It's what makes Paso such a great place to live and work!

WARNING! We filled our gas tank here and then our engine light turned on, we had it checked and the code said "drain contaminated fuel". So we went back to request a refund in the $74.99 contaminated gas purchase and the worker got aggressive with my husband (who is the nicest person ever) and pushed him in the chest. We would have gotten police involved but we had our two young kids with us. Steer clear of this place.

Unappealing customer service! If I were you I’d save my money, time and effort. If I could give 0 starts I would.I walk in to grab some things and lady behind the counter stared at me up and down as I walk in. I asked her nicely if I needed a mask to come inside and she replied back with the most disgusting attitude I have ever encountered, rolled her eyes like I interrupted her from doing something and replied back with “you should’ve thought about that before coming in here.” Honestly, this employee is straight trash and I feel bad for the owner having to hire people like that. Humble yourselves and treat people with respect and dignity. We as customers are coming into your store to shop & grab our things respectfully and leave, potentially with a smile but sadly not from a place like this.

Such a sketchy store, bored staff, dirty store . Paid $20 cash for gas. Pumped the gas, pump ran... started my car, its still on empty weird Went in speak to them and somehow "sometimes the gas doesn't work right, sorry" was an acceptable answer? What the heck?

Uh.... $5 to make a purchase with a card? I don't think this business knows what's going on in 2019... No thanks. I won't be back. The following is an edit add on.... The lady in there was also kind of rude about it. As soon as I walked in there, she gave me a look like I was interrupting her.

Frankly, a dangerous spot and the owner couldn't care less. I stopped to gas up last week, was washing my windows, all was well. The pump did not top off properly and gasoline went everywhere. Down the side of the car and huge puddles under it. If someone had been smoking or lit a match, I and others would be goners! The staff was nice...I left my number for the owner who has not had the courtesy to return my several messages. Someone in the store said "the same thing happened last week" and it was supposed to be fixed. Not only did I lose about $15, this is Dangerous! Buyer Be Aware at One Stop. My business is done there. Woman working inside was terribly rude. She was on her phone the whole time I was in there trying to talk to her. She was just looking at her Facebook rather than helping a person inside the business.
