“We were on a trip south on Hwy 101 when the temperature warning light came on. We added some coolant fluid, but that didn't help. So we took the next exit and drove to the nearest service station. Thank goodness it was Lube N Go! They gave us an estimate, ordered a new thermostat, installed it, took our car on a test drive to make sure everything worked, and we were back on the road 90 minutes after we pulled in. Everyone at Lube N Go was courteous, friendly, and professional. This being the second time a new thermostat was installed, I can tell you that this team got it done faster and for less than at the other place. “Let's start with the fact I have an older car. It's a 17 year old Mazda5. This car has seen 2 teenagers learn to drive. It's done things no family car should ever do. It's been a staple in our family. This past weekend, something was very wrong. After having it towed to Eric and the team at Allegiance Auto, we thought the car was done for. The team quickly diagnosed broken engine and transmission mounts, gave us a great quote, and had it back to us in 2-days! She runs like a dream again.
