“We walked in for a prescription after a long night at the hospital. I had work that morning and got finished right at 4:30PM to take the Ms. to the pharmacy. The pharmacy, similar to DMV 's are hit or miss experiences, not primarily due to the staff but mainly because the patient or client came In unprepared. We ran into Shannon, who made the experience seamless, provided we had all of the necessary materials. We were her last patients for the day and she still took her time ensure we were properly handled and our experience was completed with another nice person at check out. Overall, thank you to Shannon and the rest of the team for their help after a long day through the medical system.”
