I have tried twice this week to come into the store. I check the website and says their open till 6pm- im parked in front of the store right now and ots 2:50pm.No one's in the store,no one's answering the door this has happened to me many times now.With the lack of metro PCS stores near me I have to drive 30 minutes just to get to the store.now I've came twice and no one is here.when I call the store phone number listed on their website no one answers. I've left many voicemails, no call backs-very disappointing.thinking about switching to a different service other than metro PCS.I've been with metro pcs for 10 years, so disappointing.

I've also had a bad first experience in this store and I now need to go back. I'm hoping both girls are in better moods as it was the holidays and they are in the store not the car ready to work when I go in today.

The customer service is terrible. When I came to the store during the hours it was open, the store was locked and the lights were off. Wouldn't go to this location again.

Been with metro for almost 10 years now. I have excellent coverage. Never have I been without except maybe going over to the valley in a dip in the mountain areas briefly.The price I pay ($60) is what I like the most. I get my Amazon Prime covered for free (was paying $12 a month for this same service before) I get 200 extra gb storage for only $1 more a month for all of my photos ((which by the way I have filled up but didn't realize with Amazon I get free photo storage so I'll be transferring photos over today) the network is reliable and never have issues with towers. I recently purchased a 5g phone and I can really see the difference in speed. My only negative I have is the price you give for new customers to switch over (free phones but yet loyal customers that have been with you only get a discounted price every 180 days! Then on top of that we have to pay to have you set up the new phone which I'm very capable of calling to get the set up code to switch phones but was told no they won't wave that free they have to do it in store. Just because I purchased in store and not online I should still have that option to do it myself and save myself $20 or whatever the added fee was.

I received the absolute worst customer service from employees at this Metro location. They're rude, unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and arrogant! I highly recommend setting up a phone plan at a different location or otherwise different phone company all together. Wish I would have started an account somewhere other than in Paso Robles on spring st. I'm very very unsatisfied. Don't bother trying to call either they never answer ???????????

The lady working refused to give her name and proceeded to remove her name tag when I asked for her name. After not being able to get her to do her job and getting called names and cursed at while 7 months pregnant. She then proceeded to call the police whom did not find any reason I was in the wrong. Her photo will be uploaded to social media do avoid going to this location

I work next door to this metro PCS I felt bad for the poor girl from yesterday January 28 2022 some rude costumer start cussing at her really bad a pregnant lady was so rude I heard everything I wanted to go and help but the the police arrive at the moment I went in after everything happen the poor employee was shaking and craying offer her some food from deli next door there was a tall guy with the pregnant lady going off on her while screaming rude words calling the employee “****** “fat” and more cussing words I really hope they don’t come back they are not welcome next door took this picture of them yesterday so if the employe needed proof of who they are I’m posting it to let other companies know who they are

Google says the store closes at 8PM on Monday. I pulled up to the store at 5:30 and the sign on the door says they close at 7PM. Why is the store already closed if it is barely 5:30 PM? I see a worker inside the store but they are not opening the door. This is not a good look for this store at all.
