“They're a very busy lab and the staff run around like crazy in the earlier part of the day. It was less busier later in the afternoon. Wait time, without an appointment was over an hour when I went in the morning. Only 30 minutes when I went, without an appointment, in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and professional. They were doing the best they could with the amount of patients that they needed to help. This was in the Paso Robles branch. I'm a hard stick and they're open to my suggestions to where there's a good site to stick me.”
“Very competent, professional phlebotomists and because mostly the same staff are there everyday, they get to know you, if you have monthly labs, as I do. When I come in they greet me by name, are very friendly, but never compromise any necessary safety measures to make sure that the right person is getting the right lab test. An example being, making sure they have my birthday, my name and my identification all correct. My personal favorite is Christina, who is a fabulous stick. I never even know when she's drawing the blood. They are ALL good but I just love Christina. The facility is spotless.”
