“I was feeling very sick and needed to have bloodwork done. My first instinct was to contact Westpac or Labcorp or whatever they're called this week. The earlier appointment they had was 24 hours later. I booked it and decided to stop at Dignity on the way to another appointment in Templeton. I walked into the lobby and started to fill out the sign-in sheet. I hadn't even completed my first name when someone called me into one of the withdrawal rooms. The very friendly tech took my personal information and drew my blood professionally. That was it, with the entire procedure taking about seven minutes from walking in off the street to leaving with the work done. The results were to my doctor's office later that day. When I got home from my second appointment, I canceled the Labcorp appointment and don't plan to return.”
“They're a very busy lab and the staff run around like crazy in the earlier part of the day. It was less busier later in the afternoon. Wait time, without an appointment was over an hour when I went in the morning. Only 30 minutes when I went, without an appointment, in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and professional. They were doing the best they could with the amount of patients that they needed to help. This was in the Paso Robles branch. I'm a hard stick and they're open to my suggestions to where there's a good site to stick me.”
“I had to get my blood drawn this am. Kazia was there so pleasant and happy made my whole day better! It is not somthing one would look forward to but having her as my phlabotamist made the experience excellent. This girl needs a raise hope I get Kazia again upon my next visit.”
