I'm not sure what the other reviews are on about but my wife and I found this U-Haul to be a-okay. The gentleman running it was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped set us up with a truck that had strong AC and good tires for a cross-country move. Yeah, the office is a trailer in a dirt parking lot because they rent trucks and trailers on the outskirts of town and are not an Apple store. I actually liked that fact because it meant I could practice backing up the truck + trailer combo a few times without disrupting traffic. I would definitely use this U-Haul again if I needed to.

Very unprofessional place. My Mom is locked out of her unit for no reason, and there is no one around to answer their phone. They are supposed to be open today 9-1. On top of this issue, her unit WREAKS of mold and mildew. Thank God there is nothing of value in there, as it would be ruined. It will be worth spending a little more and moving down the road to Mars Storage.

It was an hour before their posted closing time and they were already closed. They had a answering service who knew nothing. Very inconvenient.

My storage place. Had to move and storage unit was full already. Placed items not being used outside. That's a no-no and I called and spoke with Steve to let him know that I will move it in a couple of days. He thanked me but my source of transportation developed a clogged catylitic converter and Steve wasn't happy. I understand but when I said I was trashing it all he asked for the 50' lawn hose, trash cans and he received over 200 DVD movies. Instead of just taking care of the rest he wanted to charge me $150 for the dump run. Joanne told him $100 not $150 and I paid it.
